Very clean property and super easy check-in. The bedrooms were all equally nice and had their own bathrooms either in the room or right next door. Beds were very comfy and had a nice deck on second floor to hangout. Great in the evening. Quick walk or Uber from so many restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, stylish home and in a very central location in Charleston. Beds were very comfortable. Parking is very tight but was manageable. We enjoyed our stay!

We rented this home to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. The house was a fairly new home with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The reason I’m giving a “good” rating instead of “excellent” was due to the parking - you will need small cars to get into the driveway of this house. You also share this driveway with other properties and are limited to 2 small vehicles only - we also had an issue with the door pad several times which was frustrating.

This was a very nice two story, 3 bed, 2 bath apartment located in a nice area and not to far from downtown. It was very clean and well appointed. We were appreciative that parking was available behind the building.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals or you can find highly rated restaurants nearby in downtown Charleston. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

A very nice place to stay, clean, easy to get to and very close to everything. The street noise in front of the house and the college kids partying behind us was very loud but we were made aware of this before staying so it was expected. The main reason I picked this house was because they had off street parking for 2 vehicles, every other place was a “fend for yourself” parking situation so that really sold me on this house as parking is hard to come by in downtown. Really great place and we would stay again.

Great price for the location. The property was squeaky clean and having dedicated parking spots was a nice bonus as well. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in this downtown apartment. We could walk to all of our favorite spots on King Street. The place was perfect and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay.

The only thing missing was a good set of pots and pans. We like to cook some meals in but also eat out. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay in Charleston.

What a fantastic place. Check in was smooth and easy. House was immaculately clean. Convenient to downtown(we walked). And short drive to folly beach. Owner was fast to reply to question we had.
