Marque nouvelle maison de chambre wterfront 7 avec piscine privée et d'un quai privé. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou des retraites d'entreprise. L'utilisation gratuite d'un kayak, pédalo, l'objectif de basket et table de ping-pong pour votre plaisir de vacances. Situé au cœur de Osage Beach et proche de tout. Bel emplacement crique aux eaux calmes pour la natation, etc.

Cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. Grande table de récolte ainsi que le bar propose de nombreux sièges pour les repas. Mini cuisine au niveau inférieur avec un autre grand réfrigérateur et un évier.

Le salon principal a un 55 'TV écran plat haute définition avec un canapé en coupe. Le niveau inférieur a une autre 50 'TV écran plat haute defination et une table de ping-pong.

Nous fournissons également un charbon de bois et barbecue à gaz professionnel.

La plage privée au bord du lac est parfait pour les petits enfants.

The home was excellent, our family enjoyed the pool, lake, accommodated 2 boats, kitchen very well stocked with cooking pans, silverware, plates, cups, 2 coffee pots, mixing bowls, etc, like your own kitchen at home, very spacious. We liked the location, and overall experience, pickelball court was used by our family and they enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway!

This was our first time to the Ozarks for an extended family vacation! The location was excellent, the setup of the house was perfect for our large group. We had young kids, teenagers, adults, grandparents and great grandparents and everyone found something to enjoy everyday. As everyone else said, communication was great and Bryan was on top of any questions we had. Would 100% stay again!

Family Reunion

We absolutely enjoy this home, location and dock it was our family reunion with 18 people. Lots of room for all of us and the dock and swimming pool was amazing. We enjoyed a bonfire at night to finish out our day! I would highly recommend this property to any large group. Amazing and communication with Bryan and Bill was quick and easy. We loved our stay in this beautiful house in a quiet cove. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space for the 12 of us. We enjoyed the pool and especially the convenience of the Tritoon. Kids fished for their first time ever! The property manager, Bryan, was quick to respond to our questions and concerns! My family and I had a lovely time. There was plenty of room for our large family, The views of the Cove were very nice. The pool was heavily used by all ages.We rented the boat for two days and enjoyed it very much. The towels and linens provided were really nice and soft. All in all, a great week!

Had a nice stay here, beds for 15 with plenty of bathrooms that were attached to the bedrooms. 2 fridges was awesome! Ping Pong table made for some fun when we had 2 days of lousy weather. Fireplace was great for cooking s’mores again on a cold a wet day. Very clean as well.

Family Vacation

First impression ..excellent location for a family that did not need a lot of parties going on around us. The accommodations were perfect. We had exactly what we needed. The pool was a little cold, but the dock made renting a pontoon and JetSki perfect. It served our needs exactly the way we wanted to spend our vacation with our family, the paddleboat was cute fun for a little extra excursion, The fishing for my grandson was excellent. The property manager was always available with any questions we may have had.

Great stay right on the lake!

Our family enjoyed having a pool on site and a dock to fish from. The layout of this property is great for a family group. It provides social areas right off the bedrooms making it easy to play games or watch movies but be near the children in bed. Beware of the very steep driveway. We did have a full size sheet on our queen size bed , and ended up buying a few necessary utensils which we left, but other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Thanks for the feedback. For the lake area our driveway is pretty flat. Easy to drive and walk on. Probably one of the least steep driveways on the area. We have a full time caretaker that stops by every day and cleans the pool and makes sure each family has what they need and are comfortable. He was unaware of the full size sheet on a bed. Not sure how it got there since we don’t have any full size beds in our home. Hope to see you back in the future. Thanks Bill

The house was more like a home. Loved the location, pool, dock and everything. Kitchen was very well stocked, bedrooms/bathrooms very nice. Overall, we would definitely return. Caretaker, Bryan was always letting us know when he would be cutting grass or turning on sprinklers. No surprises!

Perfect for our needs

Absolutely loved the layout of the house. Upper floor we could close the door and kids could run outside or inside with no worries. Sound was well contained in the various rooms. Bedrooms and living areas were spacious. Outside, deck and pool were very well maintained. Lake swimming area was wonderful and was in the sun most of the day and very little boat traffic in the cove. This place was perfect for our group of 18 from infant to senior.

Not a good place.

When you rent a house this size and there is only four spoons and two bath cloths and one hand towel per bathroom, this is a little ridiculous. The faucet on the kitchen sink was broke and the comment was when it finally falls off they’ll fix it. No towels in kitchen to clean or use for drying. The pots/pans should have been thrown out 10 years ago. I was disappointed in this house for the price we paid. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Sorry about your experience at our lake home. We have a full timer caretaker Bryan that is around every day if you see anything that is less than 5 star he is there 7 days a week to make it right. He said he was never contacted about any of these issues. We lots of 5 star reviews and surprised by your review First we have 20 bath towels and 20 wash cloths and hand towels we leave for each family that stays at our home. And we have a fully stocked kitchen with new pans almost every year and plates and silverware settings amd glasses for at least 16. And we checked the kitchen faucet as soon as we received this review and it seems to work fine. Again my caretaker is there every day and if anything like this is not working we are there to address it the same day but we were never notified of any of these issues. Again we are really sorry if your experience wasn’t 5 star but we try really hard to make every person feel at home and have a 5 star experience.

Lots of room

The location was excellent, the groundskeeper, Bryan, was very helpful and tentative. The pool was too cold for us as it is in the shade for a better part of the afternoon, but that’s the risk you taking going middle of September. There is tons of room, kitchen was stocked well, plenty of towels for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious. I am sure this house hasn’t had much of a break for the summer, but it does need a good scrub down, lots of marks on the walls, dirty in different places. All of the beds are terrible, stiff as a board, we actually bought a mattress pad for two of them because we couldn’t sleep the first night, paying this much money for a long weekend it should have decent beds in it. There was a bachelor party two houses down that were kind of obnoxious, at one point we were sitting on the dock and this group of boys hit us with a pork chop as they were trying to feed the ducks….just wasn’t the type of crowd I was expecting in these houses. Overall, we would return again just for location and hopefully we would be able to use to the pool

Glad you enjoyed your stay at our home at the lake. Just wanted to clarify a few things in your review. Our pool is in the sun all day and it was over 80 degrees during your entire stay. Second we purchased almost all new beds this year. We do this every few years. We have had zero complaints all year. And lastly we don’t allow bachelor or bachelorette parties in our homes. So I’m not sure who threw the porch chop at you from a few houses down but we are sorry it happened. We always strive to give our guests the best experience during their stay as you can tell from our numerous 5 star reviews.

Such a great property!

We absolutely loved this property! Our group included family members from a 2-week-old baby to the patriarch aged 81! And it worked out so well for everyone in between! It was the first year that we had a pool and now it will be a requirement! The house was so clean--inside and out; so much room for our group. This was the first time we have stayed in this area of the Lake. Everyone loved the location--so close to everything. I was afraid the dock was a little small compared to what we have had in the past, but it was absolutely perfect! Access to the lake is so close and so flat; it was so nice to have the lake so available. It was good to have the garage spaces available to us and there were plenty of parking spaces for our big group. The owner was always responsive to my questions--and I had a lot of them! Thank you! The caretaker came by every day and was very responsive to any issues we had. This was definitely a plus; we have not had that with any other property. Thanks! We highly recommend this property! Honestly, we have tried to rent from this owner in the past, but this was the first year it actually worked out. I hope we can rent one of his properties in the future. You cannot go wrong with this property and location.

We found the house very clean and well stocked. The 2 full size fridges came in very handy along with the very nice washer and dryer that was used daily. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils we needed. The pool and area around it was clean and well stocked with chairs. The dock was large enough for everyone to gather and sit while the kids fished off of it and swan in the lake. The location was ideal. It was close to all the attraction that we were looking to visit. Along with very easy to come and go from.Also, Bryan, the maintenance man, was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Bill and Gail for sharing this wonderful home with us. We will definitely be return renters.

Kitchen was well-equipped.Glad you had some TP, Paper towels, trash bags on hand and dish detergent..We had plenty of bath towels.Beds and pillows were very comfortable (that's usually what bothers me the most).The one set of stairs to lower level and pool was accommodating enough for wife's injuries, plus the sloping walkway to boat dock.Boat was a bit expensive so we used it 1 day.Very convenient for shopping areas and food delivery.Kids loved the private pool and it was clean.Kids were jealous of the dock jumping platform you had next door.We respected your property.

The house has a wonderful floor plan for a large group. We had several young children with us & wished there were either child proof locks on the lower level doors leading to the pool or a fence surrounding the entire pool with child safety locks on gates. We truly appreciated the child safety locks on gates leading to the dock! The refrigerator on both levels was nice to have. The ping pong table provided some indoor entertainment since we had rain during our stay. Having a few extra bath towels would have been nice but we were able to wash & dry the ones available in the W/D provided in the house. Even though there were these few things we wished were different, we had a great stay!

The house is perfect for large families we had four families with nine children and never felt like we were on top of each other. The views from the decks and pool deck are spectacular. Easy in and out boat access. Very nice Cove for jet skiing and tubing. We will definitely return to this wonderful Lakeside retreat.
