->Utilize community facilities (Lake, Basketball, Tennis, Pickleball & kids play area) with complimentary guest passes. You can get a daily car tag from security or share property address and my last name for access each time you enter.
->As per HOA rules pets are not allowed at community facilities like lake beach, play area, tennis court and pickle ball court.
-> To register the guests with HOA, we request names of all guests, number of cars coming in and car details. These details must be shared 24 hours before check in. If check in on Friday then before Thursday 3 PM EST. If check in is on Monday then before 3 PM EST Friday. In case of any last minute changes either additional guests or car, please inform us so we can update the same to HOA.
Any missing info will incur fines to us which will be transferred to the guests.
->*Disclosure*: We have security cameras monitoring the front and both side of backyard which includes the hot tub at one side, prioritizing your safety.
Only dogs are permitted as pets. If you bring your love one companion, a one-time $100 pet fee is required for an extra hypoallergenic cleaning process. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per stay.
->Please note that use of the Jacuzzi hot tub is at your own risk. By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and waive any claims against us for any injuries or damages arising from its use. Please exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines.
Guests will be liable for any damages to hot tub.
->Outdoor movie projector is for your fun and experience. Guests will be liable for $300 in case of any damages to it.
->You will have exclusive use of the entire home throughout your stay except utility and attic area.
