A Water Enthusiast's Paradise on San Jacinto River Lake! Our personal boat launch sets us apart from others. Perfect for relaxing family get away, staycations, or any one wanting to be on the river with out the hassle of sharing the space with large crowds. Sit back on the beach and enjoy swimming in the San Jacinto River, sunbathing and beautiful sunset. Bring a poll and enjoy fishing off the private dock. Inside you can enjoy the pool table and full size shuffle board table.

You must be able to download an app in order to access the gate. Without this app you will not be able to access the property.
Guest will have access to the majority of the House with the exclusion of a couple storage rooms, some select cabinets and the garage. All doors are clearly labeled with door signs and these doors will also be locked. The off-limit areas will be monitored and alarmed from the inside only. Do not attempt to open these private areas, they are not available to guest. If you or one of your guest attempt to access these areas the authorities will be contacted and you will be asked to leave immediately.

This waterfront home on San Jacinto River Lake sits on a private 3 acre gated lot aside the in Highlands, TX. Just a few minuets drive from Xtreme Off Road Park, Crosby and Houston. Approximately a 30 min drive from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) , Hobby Airport (HOU) and Kemah boardwalk
Located in an older little quiet town with a "country" vibe. This an amazing house that was renovated from a bar / marina and has TONS of history. This is a perfect place to bring the family together.

Our property includes a beautiful shaded beach that is shared with just one other house on the premises. You'll have access to this private oasis where you can relax and soak up the sun in the sand, your very own boat launch and dock. Bring your boat and spend the day boating or fishing or bring the jet ski and have some fun! Sit on the huge outdoor covered deck with plenty of seating for waterfront and sunset views. Also included, Outdoor kitchen area and 2 fire pit areas to sit back and make smores or just enjoy the stars

When we remolded, we did so with our family in kids in mind. While we do allow kids and consider the house kid friendly, there are a few thing you may need to keep in mind when bringing smaller kids . Here are a few but not limited to; The back porch does have cable railing with large gap and is slightly elevated as well as the top fire pit area. There are larger hills and unlevel/drop off areas on the land . You will be required to watch your children at all time and do not leave them unattended. We have never had any problems with our own children, but wanted to bring this to your attention for everyone's safety.

SECURITY CAMERAS / TECHNOLOGY- There is one security camera inside the unit (located in game-room area above the T.V.) that does actively record, as well as multiple cameras outside the premises. We also have a noise/occupancy monitor. If you do not feel comfortable with these devices please DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THE BOOKING.

A government issued photo ID is required to be sent to confirm your identity for booking. A rental agreement is also required to be signed within 48 hours of booking.

Shared amenities includes a pool, playground, pickleball/basketball court, mini golf.

There is an additional charge of $50/pp each day for any guest over the total amount of 18. If you plan to have 18+ total guest on the property at any given time (this includes visitors), let us know and we send you a request for the additional guest. (Remember we do have an occupancy monitor)

***Bring water shoes and life jackets for anyone planning on entering river.
You will need to bring towels to dry off with if you plan on getting in the river (we suggest a darker color because the water will stain anything light)
While we do not allow parties or large events we do not mind company retreats, etc.. with prior authorization. No more the max occupancy allowed.
