Our family and extended family had a wonderful time at the Blue Sea Star. There were some initial issues with the cleanliness of the house (dead bugs, etc.) and the pool (filter not cleaning properly), but contacted 360 and received help and responses to the issues quickly, even came back a second time on the pool as it still wasn't functioning correctly after the first attempt. Loved all the seating options, shade options, and privacy down by the pool as we spent many hours swimming & splashing as a family. The outdoor shower having hot water was much appreciated. Inside layout was great, lots of options for where to eat, and plenty of room to hang out inside for our group of 7. Amply hot water supply for whole group to take showers before heading to bed each night. The furniture looked cute but was also nice and functional for storing items by the doors, and had actual dressers and closets for clothing. Walk down to the beach pretty quick and street not busy at all, rarely saw another person or car. All in all, we would love to come back!

Pros:This house was the perfect size for 2 families to stay in. The size is great with a large living room and kitchen. The pool is great and has the fireplace beside it. Parking was under which made getting in and out of the car a breeze if it was sunny or raining.Cons:1)The house was not clean when we arrived. The floor was not mopped as our feet were black from walking on the floor with bare feet. Main bedroom TV had large hand smudge across it. All beds had crumbs under them. And the dishwasher was full which we thought had been run. It had not, it was full of dirty dishes.2) Living room TV remote did not work. We have little ones and tried to occupy them while getting ready or packing for the day. We reached out and were told they would fix it next day. No one showed the next day so I message again and they sent someone to fix it.3) There were a few things broken at the property. Some furniture inside, a fan on the back porch, and the gate out the back. It had the bar sitting on the stairs to keep little ones from being able to open it.4) Last issue was lack of communication to treat the pool 2 days before we left. It had rained a bit so the pool was getting a little green. So they came by and treated it. We just returned from the beach and the pool guy told us we couldn’t swim for 24hrs. We understand that but there was no communication that it was going to happen right before we left and couldn’t swim.This house could be great if a few things were changed.

Clean and new

Very clean and newer property. Close walk to the beach. Very few supplies provided…only 2 dishwasher pods and one small travel size dish liquid and 4 rolls of toilet paper. No games, pen or paper in the place. They provided a small salt and pepper, just not typical to rental homes I’ve stayed in previously. Very nice and clean which we loved. It stormed pretty badly and blew a lot of sand in the pool. They came and cleaned it out 1.5 days later. They were responsive via email though which was nice. Overall it was a nice place.

It was very clean and plenty of living supplies needed for your day. Especially you had plenty of towels. Pool was perfect , There boardwalk to the beach was well maintained. Our family vacation according to our granddaughters was paradise there. We rented a boat for the day in the bay . We found a lot of shells. This definitely a place we ‘ll come back too

We had a wonderful stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was so nice that it was private. The location was not far from places down the Cape that we also enjoy! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place and walk to the beach was nice and not far at all.
