KCB is one of a kind. Easy in and out if you're bringing a boat with docking in your back yard. The Cabana Club is a jewel; the chilled pool makes the dip after boating all day super refreshing. It's no wonder we keep coming back year after year.

viery good location on the canal system easy out and into water system. great home, very well appointed for comfort. we had a great time at the pool with the club membership that went with this rental. also great price on a boat rental from the key colony boat rentals. we will sureluy go back to this rental in the winter for more fishing. WIM

Perfect!

Paradise Found in Key Colony Beach is a truly beautiful location. The house is well equipped with all amenities, quiet spot in KCB, and easy arrival and departure procedures. We are hoping to return next year.

Rental was as advertised. We had a few issues when checking into the unit and Katie took care of them immediately. Our family of four found this location very optimal. The kayaks were a plus. We tried fishing in the canal, but didn't have much luck. However, a short paddle on the kayaks allowed us to find fish.

We had a wonderful week at KCB. The home was exactly as stated in the listing. The beds were very comfy and had all of the essentials that we needed for our vacation. Can’t wait to come back to KCB.

Second stay

Second stay at this awesome property in KCB. Easy access to the sandbar, cabana club, playground and everything else LCB has to offer. Two adults and two children under 10, the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back!

Best Week Ever!

The name of the property is Paradise Found and that couldn’t be more accurate. The place and location were perfect. Cleanliness is huge with us when booking a place and this exceeded all of our expectations. It had everything we could’ve needed and then some. Katie, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. She was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Okay at best. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable as well as some of the cushions stuffing is coming out. The deck area gets very hot by early afternoon. There is no shade and only one umbrella. The Cabana club is very nice but you cannot get a chair at the pool due to people lining up very early before it opens.

Great location and well appointed.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this great rental in Key colony. As central Florida residents we visit key colony several times a year and we were pleased with the location and accommodations this rental has to offer. Our family loves boating and spending time at the sandbars and beaches. This home’s location is on the sandbar side of KCB making the trip too and from quick and easy. The dock is well kept and the canal wide/deep making getting in and out with our boat a breeze. Keep an eye out for plenty of marine life and even the occasional manatee! On days when the seas are up we spent our time at the cabana club, which is just a short 3-5 min walk away. The house is equipped with everything needed to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Paradise Found Indeed

Just stayed here for a week. Could not of been any more comfortable or pleased. This property has everything you need for an enjoyable time. House is just great. The inside is done like you are in the Keys. Very nicely equipped with furniture. The back yard area is unbelievable. Very nice view, plenty of furniture, canoes, and bikes available. Use of the Cabana Club is certainly a plus. Cabana Club is beautiful. Nice pool,nice beach,food and drinks. Communication is superior. Had questions, we’re promptly answered. Highly recommend this unit. Will be returning. Thank You for letting us use your place.

This was some homey feeling and being able to have our boat at our disposal made this the perfect place for my spouse, myself, and my aging mother. Only a few steps in and out of the property and dock access for our boat. There was plenty of places to sit and counters pace for days!! Having 2 bathrooms was also wonderful! Questions were tending too with the quickness and we had a blast.

Centrally located quiet neighborhood with access to everything we needed. The extras we weren't expecting but very much appreciated: beach towels, coolers, kayaks, bikes, a fresh catch cleaning station. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets, pillows. The deck/dock was a wonderful place to sit outside in the early morning and evening, we saw a dolphin and jellyfish on our stay. Easy access to the Cabana Club. We made great memories here, we would stay here again!
