Luxury? Nah, not really. Luxury furniture doesn’t not include peeling melamine. There was no decor to speak of. The bathroom was the nicest thing there.Apartment? Not hardly. Make no mistake this is not an apartment. This is a room that has been divided to contain a bathroom. It’s still just a room. What you see in this pic, that’s all there is. No seating area except the bed and a small table in the corner. I messaged the host twice with no answer. Even now 4 days later. lol. The tv doesn’t have a remote but you will find the volume buttons on the bottom. That’s more than we could get out of the host.Let’s see, would I stay here again? The area was safe but no. I am not bougie but this ain’t it.

Small rental. Bed was nice for one person, has a small table (but definitely not good enough to work on, only eat a small takeout meal)Bathroom does not have a proper door, has a barn door instead. Few days into the stay the place smelled like something out of a sewage tank, so that was a bit of a bad experience.Walking distance from Atlantic Station, felt fine.

Great Stay

I greatly appreciate the communication by the host. Everything was just as advertised and in a great location. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Midtown area.

This place is a great place if you are attending atlanta events or work travel. It has a really small restroom but if its just 1 or 2 people, you will be nice and cozy. The people in this area are very kind and generous to strangers. Minority friendly area as well. The bed is very very firm but spacious, so prepare to bring any leg, back, or neck pillows for support (which I did, so I personally didn't have much of an issue). Host is responsive, understanding, and honest. They will work with you if you ask. Prepare for street parking if you plan to drive, but I reassure you, it isnt a busy street. I worked during my stay and it was a very nice stay. Give it a try when you're passing by 🫶

Great location. Listing misleading

Not as nice as the pics. Needs cleaned and painted and repaired. Bedding was not great either. No top sheet only comforter. Can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Remotes didn’t really work.

I could hear all the walking talking and snoring coming from above me. The bed was not comfortable but overall it wasn't terrible but wasn't great either.

“You get what you pay for” is true here. It was the cheapest option close to different sights and restaurants in Midtown and the check in process was pretty easy. Those are the only two positive notes. The pictures are very misleading. Bed is hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat. Also no top sheet? Everything was darker and shabbier than the photos, bedding included. The table/chairs were tiny and plastic. There’s no vanity light in the bathroom above the sink and the small light above the shower was not enough illumination to do makeup in the mirror. Broken blinds had a napkin covering the broken part. Walls were scuffed and dirty. The barn door bathroom is terrible for privacy. Can’t imagine two people staying there. The room also has no dresser or closet, so my clothes stayed in my suitcase on the floor. When I arrived for my six night stay, there were two hotel sized soap bars. No additional body wash, no shampoo, no conditioner. Luckily Target was only a 10-15 minute walk so I bought the items I needed. There’s no coffee pot either, so if that’s something you need just be warned. Some nice cafes nearby but expensive if you’re staying multiple days.Other reviews were correct. This is the downstairs room of a town house and you can hear EVERYTHING. Several nights they had loud music until very late. Lots of loud talking /yelling/doors slamming.
