Hello Valerie Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear you had a great time overall. However, I’d like to clarify a few points to help future guests. Our property was newly built and furnished in August 2023 and listed for the first time in November 2023, so everything is relatively new, including the mattresses and furniture. We regularly replace towels as needed, but staining from pool chlorine can sometimes cause older towels to look different from newer ones. To help avoid this issue, we ask that bath towels not be used as pool towels. While we can't fully prevent this from happening, we will continue to monitor the condition of the towels and adjust as needed. Regarding the bed arrangements, all room and bed configurations are clearly listed in the property details, which is especially important for larger groups. We recommend that guests carefully review this information to ensure it meets their needs. Our beds and amenities can comfortably accommodate up to 21 adults, but the property can comfortably host up to 30 people when there is a balanced mix of adults and children. Instead of setting strict guest limit ourselves, we encourage guests to consider the bed arrangements listed and judge if its right for their group. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. Based on how our phone call unfolded, particularly the tone you used, we did anticipate a retaliatory review. Most of the twin beds in the property are designed for children, especially in themed rooms. That said, the home includes several king-size beds intended to comfortably accommodate adults. Regarding parking, the county strictly enforces rules that are clearly stated in our public listing, booking confirmation message, the rental agreement, and pre-arrival messages. We understand this can be inconvenient, but it’s unfortunately out of our control. The property was sprayed outdoors just two days before your arrival, which may have caused the bathroom's window activity. As soon as you notified us, we responded promptly with an interior treatment. Pest control is part of our regular upkeep, but in Florida’s climate, occasional ants and spider sightings can happen. Thankfully, they are easily managed with treatment. Trash collection is handled by the resort and scheduled three times per week. While we cannot control the service itself, this frequency is higher than many neighborhoods. Lastly, we always keep guests updated through the app or text, to make them aware of the most common mishaps like the parking, bed arrangements. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear from you until you decided was only okay; to call and yell, without even saying your name. We sincerely wish you better experience elsewhere.
