Tucked just minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, Cabin Haiku offers the perfect balance of convenience and seclusion. Spend your days exploring nearby attractions, scenic drives, and mountain adventures — then retreat back to your private cabin where the pace slows and the distractions fade away.

The main living space is warm and inviting, featuring a plush sofa, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you’re curled up by the fire, playing a round of pool, or enjoying a relaxed night in, the space is designed for comfort and connection.

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals together or enjoy a quiet breakfast before heading out. You’ll find stainless appliances, cookware, cooking basics, toaster, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, and hot tea kettle — with coffee and tea provided for every guest.

Upstairs, the loft bedroom feels like a private sanctuary. Sink into the luxurious king bed with soft, high-quality linens, unwind in the jacuzzi tub, or stream your favorite shows from bed. The full bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a hotel-level experience.

Step outside onto the back deck and slip into the hot tub, surrounded by peaceful mountain views. Enjoy outdoor dining at the table and chairs, or fire up the BBQ grill for a laid-back evening under the stars. (And yes — we provide extra hot tub towels, because details matter.)

Just a quick heads up, as also stated in our house rules, we have a simple, personalized rental agreement for you to sign within 48 hours of booking. Please click the link provided in your confirmation message from us to review and sign before check-in. It’s nothing scary, just a little housekeeping to keep everything smooth and stress-free. You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $35 management fee included in the transaction for your stay. Relax and enjoy your stay!! It's vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!

Other Details to Note:

• Cabin Haiku is located within a small, quiet cabin community. While neighboring cabins are nearby, the property sits on a full acre and feels wonderfully private thanks to the surrounding trees and natural landscape.

• You’ll be immersed in the woods, and with that comes the beauty of nature — including the possibility of seeing local wildlife. To help keep animals at a safe distance, please follow our trash policy closely, especially regarding food waste.

• Access to the cabin includes one short, mildly steep stretch of road (approximately 0.1 miles). Four-wheel drive is not required, and the road is easily manageable in normal conditions.

• There is a waste treatment facility located about a mile away. On rare occasions during high winds, you may notice a brief odor near the front of the cabin. This is uncommon, but we’ve provided diffusers and essential oils for your comfort should it occur.

• Please note that refunds are not provided for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• While we love animals, pets are not permitted at Cabin Haiku. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us maintain the cabin for all guests.
