Peaceful Beach Getaway with Fantastic Beach Access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Surfin' Inn for a week and had an enjoyable vacation. The property was comfortable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. The beach access was outstanding and seeing the dolphins jumping in the water from the front windows was amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, laid-back beach vacation with excellent access to the water and smaller crowds, Surfin' Inn is a great choice.

The property was in a great location and that was the driving factor of our decision to stay here. The house could use a little upkeep, but overall experience was good.

Great location

This was our second time staying at this property. The thing that we like most about it is the location. The house itself is old and needs updating which we mentioned last time we stayed. The location right on the beach is perfect.

Great Family Vacation

The only thing that we did not like was the fact that both the main floor bathrooms you had to go into bedroom.

Fantastic

We have been staying in this home for the past 5 years, and each time has been wonderful. The updates they have done over the past couple years have been great. The location is fantastic, but our favorite things about the house are the huge windows facing the ocean, and the ramp, instead of stairs.

The thjngs we love the most are the huge windows in the dining/living area, the closeness to the water, the open floor plan, and the ramp instead of stairs. The property manager was fantastic- checked in on us, let us know he was available if needed, then let us have our time.

Not quite what was advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great weather and the beach was terrific, as always. However, the house was older and in poorer repair than the pictures portrayed. Could definitely use some updating.

This property is new to our program so the photos are recent, but it is an older home, built in 1981. The owners do plan on updating the home so be sure and check back for details. Perfect family getaway!

The location was in a quiet, golf-cart friendly beach neighborhood, just far enough away from town that we didn't have to deal with the craziness of spring breakers. The customer service was excellent! Dee Dee, the property manager, texted me with beach updates and fun things to see, and was there within two hours when we had an issue with one of the showers. We've rented from multiple agencies in Gulf Shores, but Coastal View Vacations was the easiest and friendliest we have ever booked with! We will definitely book with them again.
