Keyless entry to the home is facilitated through a digital keypad, offering a unique code for each stay. Previous codes are deactivated prioritize safety and security.
Our home has camera at front of the house ONLY. It is for the safety. NO camera in the house or around the pool.
Other things to note
1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.
2. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening.
3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
5. Our housekeeping will come at 10:00am please be on time to departure from the home, if you have super early take off, please let us know.
