Family vacation

This house was beautiful and spacious. It was an easy commute to the south inlet beach and parking. The house provided us with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach.

The house was very clean and had everything you could want or need. On a pretty busy street but the wooded area around the house gave some feeling of seclusion. We had a rainy day but stayed in and enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Drove to lovely Bethany Beach for an enjoyable but very windy day. Beautiful house overall be prepared for stairs if you don’t feel comfortable in the elevator.

Great Beach House

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped with plenty of outlets for plug in devices. The game room (with pool table, air hockey, foos ball, and dart board) was amazing. We also enjoyed the decks, the hot tub, and the elevator. Beautifully equipped for the beach with 8 backpack beach chairs and two beach umbrellas.

Great bethany house overall

Overall a very nice house with many cool features. Clean and convenient location. We did have difficulty with a few appliances not working. The owner was responsive but dishwasher was not working for the entirety of the stay which was pretty inconvenient.

Our stay

The only compliant we had was the any issue was bad but, we understand it is summer and it was the worse in the kitchen area where there was food .

Check in/out was very simple. Rory was very helpful and quick to respond even during our stay. The house was spotless and full of amenities. The elevator was great for bringing in luggage/groceries. Kitchen has single K cup and reg coffee makers. The gas grill was great. We loved the game room especially air hockey, billiards, PacMan/Galaga and hot tub. It's a 2 min walk to the Fred Hudson trail for biking and jogging. You can walk to the grocery store too. You can turn around in the driveway or back out carefully onto the main road and head west. We would definitely rent here again.

Great place!

This house was perfect for our beach week. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, with plenty of space to spread out in. We liked being so close to the Fred Hudson park for walks and biking and sitting on both the screened in porch and the top porch made you feel like you were in the woods. The guest book answered any questions we might have had about the property. We didn’t use the hot tub (the weather provided plenty of heat!) but there were clear instructions for that too. Our family is hoping to return to this place for next year’s annual Bethany Beach week too.

Bethany Beach shore house

Hey, Rory. We really enjoyed the house; we had enough rooms for 8 adults and two infants. Because of the weather, we were confined to the house for a few days and we’re so glad that it was as roomy as it is. The only two minor issues were (1) the house was on a major road, not a neighborhood and (2) the recycling container was completely full when we arrived and they didn’t pick it up on Tuesdays, as explained in the house manual. Other than those very minor issues, we really enjoyed your home. Thanks very much for the opportunity to stay there.

Sorry about the weather and the road can be busy during the summer. We have improved the recycling situation with a second bin and updated the calendar. We will try our best to improve the house and amenities and hope you rent with us again.
