2358 Racquet Club is a beautifully renovated and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd level flat. This dog-friendly villa is conveniently located just a short walk from Harbour Town's shops, restaurants and water sports.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, as well as access to the private balcony through sliding glass doors. The open-concept floor plan also has a dining area and a galley kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Wood flooring spans the property.

The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The bathroom features a tiled tub/shower combination and a large vanity area.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.

Non-refundable pet fee is $225 plus tax. Max is 1 dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
