Thank you very much for staying with us. We appreciate your five star review and your positive comments. I am a little puzzled that you mentioned parking was inadequate. You had two vehicles and you had no problem parking your two vehicles closest to the sidewalk leading to The Guest House. We’re very upfront with our guests, letting you know in our agreement that you can only have two vehicles/parking spaces as well in our arrival instructions. We also rent a lower level unit at this property called The Nest. We reserve two parking spaces for The Nest guests. The entire parking area is adequate for four cars if parked correctly. As you’ll recall, I even walked up the driveway to meet the new incoming Nest guests to make sure everyone was parked OK. And because we have an upper and a lower unit, we do control the thermostats for the entire house. We are upfront about this in our agreement that you signed prior to arrival as well as our description and arrival instructions. I am only a text or email away if we need to adjust temperatures. You came and visited us in March when the temperature outside varied widely from highs of 70° to lows of 30° in just a few days. You contacted me and within minutes I made the temperature adjustment. But we appreciate you pointing it out so others can understand our situation and flexibility. Until next time.
