Perfect Pool Paradise est situé dans la communauté fermée de Cypress Pointe. Près de Walt Disney World et de toutes les principales attractions d'Orlando. Superbe 6 chambres, 4 salles de bain avec piscine surdimensionnée et autres améliorations, cette propriété a vraiment tout: emplacement, confort, beaucoup d'espace - et la plus grande piscine du quartier!

Cette spacieuse maison de 6 chambres / 4 salles de bains occupe un emplacement privilégié et privé dans un cul-de-sac calme. Avec 2 chambres King, 1 lit Queen et 3 lits jumeaux, il y a de la place pour accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Des caractéristiques uniques qui le distinguent des maisons de location typiques.

Vie en plein air de luxe.

La très grande piscine sur mesure (35 pieds de long) est beaucoup plus grande que la norme dans les maisons de location, ce qui en fait un point focal pour votre visite à l'état ensoleillé. La piscine est complétée par deux soufflantes d'air dans le spa chauffé pour un bain vraiment pétillant (chaleur de la piscine et du spa en option avec supplément).

La zone de pont surdimensionnée comprend une véranda ombragée avec des ventilateurs de plafond et une table à manger extérieure pouvant accueillir huit personnes. (À l'intérieur, il y a une table à manger décontractée à 4 places, une table à manger formelle à 6 places, ainsi que des sièges pour le bar du petit déjeuner).

Le site du lot final bénéficie également d'une plus grande intimité (avec des clôtures autour des deux côtés de la cour) et d'une allée surdimensionnée (avec un espace de stationnement pour quatre à six voitures, PLUS un garage double).

Le soir, il y a un éclairage supplémentaire dans la piscine.

Tout le confort de la maison.

La chambre principale a un lit King; la 2ème chambre a également un roi et la 3ème a une reine. Les 3 chambres restantes ont chacune 2 lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et tous les lits King et Queen ont des matelas à plateau-coussin.

En plus de l'écran LCD de 47 "dans la spacieuse salle familiale au plafond à double hauteur, TOUTES les chambres ont des téléviseurs LCD à écran plat muraux - dont des écrans de 37" dans le Master et le deuxième King

La maison est décorée d'œuvres d'art originales d'artistes de Floride.

Cuisine entièrement équipée (mais il y a aussi de nombreux restaurants à proximité, beaucoup avec service à emporter ou livraison)

Une table de billard de compétition de 8 pieds est également disponible pour les clients.

La salle familiale principale dispose d'un écran de télévision LCD haute définition mural de 47 "qui est raccordé au service de câble Spectrum (pour des centaines de chaînes numériques plus HD et DVR), un lecteur DVD et une Nintendo Wii. Un PC avec clavier et souris sans fil permet également aux clients de «surfer depuis le canapé».

Fabulous Florida Holiday

Our second time renting this fabulous property everything is always perfect and smooth. There’s lots of room. Great location to all the parks we loved every second we will be back for sure.

The layout of the house worked really well for our family. Kristine at the office was great to work with...she answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely book this house again!

This is one of the better homes that we've rented. There were plenty of household supplies. The patio was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, the garage however needed a little more attention. Parking was easy! There were plenty of spaces for 6 cars to park. The home was perfect for our mini vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this home for 10 days as a family of eight. It definitely met our needs as far as the bedrooms, the pool, and the overall size of the house. There were a few things that needed updated like maybe some paint on the walls and the pillows need to be thrown away and replaced. Overall the house was very clean though. I love the privacy fence in the back! We would definitely return

House not bad, BUT.......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was ok, very spacious and accommodating, enjoyed our stay, but the dining room chairs are dirty and you’re really taking your chances sitting in them, they need to be replaced, carpet needs to be replaced, lots of in master off the living room didn’t work at all, shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced, refrigerator leaked water, I’m not a bug person so when I saw a few roaches in the kitchen and bathroom I completely lost it, was gonna leave but it was Thanksgiving so my husband went and bought some raid and sprayed, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the big loft area to play in. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, it was worth it, the spa was great. We had fun in the garage with the pool table, there is also a highchair and a stroller to use in case you need one, that was very thoughtful, overall we enjoyed our stay, but if a little more care was done in making the house more comfortable it would be a awesome house. The cleaning person Rosa does a good job cleaning, so it’s not her fault about the maintenance or bugs. The pool area is large and everything was there to enjoy in the pool..Beware of the raccoons lurking about in the front.. So in closing, we enjoyed our holiday, the house is ok, but a little work needs to be done, invest and upgrade a little for people to enjoy your house and they will come back and the reviews will show it. I don’t like giving negative reviews, I really liked the house but just upgrade some things and keep it well maintained.

They completely loved the pool! We were able to have 6 adults and a teenager comfortably in the house and including having a ‘home office’ set up.As always the service from the staff is incredible and I look forward to staying with Excellent Vacation Homes in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Villa is in a secure gated very quiet community and in an excellent location for getting around and to all attractions. The Villa itself was spacious and the pool was beyond our wildest dreams and much better in real life. There was a couple of slight issues with the property it was a bit dated inside, upgrades are needed to furniture and appliances. It was short of lining but Rem was brilliant and got some delivered to us within 48hrs. The bedrooms were great however one room did have dead bugs among the bedsheets and Dentifloss was found on the floor in the same room. Other than these little issues we was very happy with the Villa and would recommend and would happily stay there again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Main problem, besides uncomfortable furniture, a freezer that did not freeze,a stove that you could not change the temperature on, was the fact that the pool area was infested with red ants. Pest control did come but ants are under the surrounding bricks and they could not be killed. Ants also got in pool water and everyone suffered ant bites. We also had problem with pool heat not working correctly for 19 days. Our disabled Vietnam Veteran that suffers from pulmonary fibrosis was not abld to enjoy pool or spa! Would not rent again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay- clean, cool, comfortable beds, nice pool- if you want to go to beaches it is a little far like 1-1/2 hours but real close to Orlando- would stay here again

The booking process was pretty seamless - we had one very minor issue and Rem solved it immediately. During our 3 1/2 week stay we didn’t have any issues. Our favorite feature was the pool - it really is a great pool! Another excellent vacation stay provided by Excellent Vacation Homes!

Just what our family needed!!!

This place was just perfect for our family. we had a mixed of toddlers and teens and the space was just perfect. Everyone had their little area to themselves. And as per the grownups, what can we say, we wish we could have been able to stay longer. Host was available whenever we had a question, thanks for the hospitality. Overall a nice place

The house was as described and accommodated our family well. Our only issue was the WiFi, which didn’t work for the first day and a half. It should also be a secure WiFi, instead of general access. That, along with the horrible reception in the area in general was very inconvenient. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures could use updating. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.
