Moose Lodge Rustic Log Home comprend deux quais de glissement de bateau avec 2 cabines invités

Moose Lodge est une excellente escapade pour toute la famille. Il offre une grande cour avec 115 pieds de façade sur l'eau du lac Flathead, 2 glissades en bateau, une terrasse et une «maison de bain» en plein air avec une baignoire 3/4.

Lancez votre bateau sur la rampe de mise à l'eau publique de Dayton à 1,6 km au bord de l'eau près du Dayton Yacht club

Dégustez vos repas sur l'aire de barbecue / pique-nique extérieure à l'aide d'un grand gril au propane.

La maison principale orientée nord-est a une cuisine complète comprenant deux réfrigérateurs un à l'intérieur et un second sur le porche, et un lave-vaisselle, un salon avec un canapé-lit queen, une salle de bain complète et deux chambres. La chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux.

Unique à cette cabine rustique: une cabine d'invité a un lit queen et la maison avec lits superposés (située près de l'eau) avec sa propre terrasse privée a un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux et un ensemble de lits superposés doubles.

De Moose Lodge, vous pouvez voir Cromwell Island et Wild Horse Island, propriété privée. L'île Wild Horse de 25 miles carrés est principalement un refuge de vie sauvage appartenant à l'État du Montana et est ouverte au public le jour.

L'île Wild Horse possède de nombreux débuts de sentiers accessibles par l'eau. Il abrite une incroyable variété d'animaux sauvages, notamment des cerfs, des wapitis, des gros moutons à cornes, des ours noirs et des chevaux sauvages. As advertised, it was a rustic home on a very lovely setting. We were able to enjoy many features. The view sitting on the dock was spectacular and a source of endless delight. My brother, who had a place in nearby Polson, was able to dock his motor boat and sail boat enabling us to go to Wildhorse Island and on other excursions. Most of us braved the cold water and went swimming, which our kids in particular loved.We enjoyed the gazebo area with its picnic table and large Weber grill. 'We enjoyed sitting on the deck.Unfortunately, the weather was brutally hot, 100 degree days with no air conditioning which colored our experience. Although the property manager and the owner were responsive to our request for more comfortable seating such as Adirondack style chairs instead of the plastic stacking patio chairs, not enough were provided. Everybody wanted them. Finally, my grandson fell off the top of a bunk bed, but fortunately did not have any serious injuries.

Beautiful Location

This property is perfectly situated on Flathead Lake with amazing views. The Cabin is well equipped and ready to entertain. Lots of sleeping options with 3 separate cabins.

Spectacular location

We loved meeting up with our family, with the lake right outside the front walkway. It was safe for the little ones to be on the beach as the water there is knee deep. The dock provided all the swimmers just what they wanted and the fishing was great in the evening. We have many new happy memories of family times at the lake.

Loved it! Great communication and was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and they thought of all our needs. Great little propane fire pit was wonderful after a cool evening dip in the lake right out the front door!

Wonderful Experience

We loved our stay at the Moose Lodge! We think everything was wonderful, as it reminded us of an old family cottage in Canada. The location, dock, and views are marvelous! It is a cabin, not a mansion on Flathead, so just realize it's about the lake life.

Family Fun!

We had a great week! Overall it couldn't have been much better! It would've been helpful to have updated photos. The photos showed more gradual "beach" that we were really excited about with 3 grandkids under 2. There are large rocks where the beach was and there was no playing around there! We appreciated how stocked the cabins were: tons of towels and supplies! We are excited about visiting Flathead again someday...we're glad though that we were able to enjoy your wonderful gift before your prices go up. Thank you so much for sharing!

Beautiful location and wonderful time

Beautiful location to spend the 4th of July with our family. The house is older however it had a lot of charm, it felt like you were staying at your grandparents home. The bunk houses were perfect for our young adults and again the location was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could ever need including a crockpot, many spices, tons of pots and pans and a great grill on the pergola. The dock is beautiful and we enjoyed many days of fishing in fact my son-in-law caught a 11lb lake trout right from the dock along with the other guys catching a few other great fish. It’s close enough to Glacier National park that we were able to do a day trip. The only note of improvement I could give is the beds were a bit hard however everything else makes up for it. If we ever make it back to flathead we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Quiet Location

We enjoyed the Moose Lodge. It was quaint and simple and had everything we needed. Flathead Lake is such a lovely spot and the cabins' location on the lake was perfect for accessing it. We brought a boat and a paddle board for exploring. Wild Horse Island was definitely worth a visit and one of the highlights of the trip!

A week at Moose Lodge

We had a good time. The weather didn't co operate as much as we'd have liked. A couple things I'd like to point out (1) The listing shows the previous dock, which was down on the water. The new dock is at least a foot higher and is too far out of the water, also the steel "I" beams sticking out made docking and undocking very difficult. You'd cause major damage if you snagged one of those "I" beams trying to dock. (2) The listing shows "no pets" and yet in another section it says something about fees for pets...kind of confusing. In general we enjoyed our stay. We liked the rustic, quirky, funky atmosphere.

Perfect lakeside retreat

We just left and are already missing Moose Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The teens loved jumping off the dock and floating on the rafts and tubes provided. The grill outside is huge and was perfect for grilling for a large group. There were plenty of towels available and it was nice to have the washer and dryer available. The kitchen was well stocked. I suggest checking in and seeing what spices they have there before buying anything at the store. There are plenty of chairs for relaxing on the porch or the dock. The view is gorgeous! The manager/ owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighbors were also very friendly and had great suggestions... definitely check out the winery! The Idle Spur was a good spot for a close to home dinner and drinks, very casual. For a fancier dinner we drove out to The Lodge at Lake Mary Ronan... great food and service! We will be back!

Check in process was easiest I've had. All necessary items were available. Beautiful view of Wild Horse Island. No A/C which was a bummer but an oversight on my part.

Heaven in Montana

Moose Lodge is the perfect location to ‘get away from it all.’ Spent 2 fabulous weeks there with total of 9...plenty of space. View off the docks is hypnotizing, so many delectable changes in the course of 24 hours. Beds are very comfortable; great hot water, plenty of kitchenware etc. Wish a used kayak or canoe was there for use- would have made the visit off the charts memorable. Believe only reason why we didn’t catch fish due fact they were afraid of Texans:) Hope to return soon. Thanks Greg!

Amazing week on the lake

We had an amazing time on this fantastic property! Right on the lake complete with a boat dock and pretty much everything one would need for a week on the lake! Amazing views too! Great sunsets and sunrises. Excellent location too! Short boat trips across the lake to some restaurants and a marina for boat gas in Big Arm! Can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was musty when we checked in. It must not have been used this year. Spiders and ants in the boat house, had to buy a bug bomb and use it.

Great Family Reuion Lodge setting at Moose Lodge

Great place! I have vacationed several summers on Flathead Lake and have stayed on the east shore, Ski Do Bay, and Big Fork at different homes. We always bring boats and usually have a big family reunion. In the past we had to deal with big waves on the east side of the lake so we prefer the west shore. The house was very clean and we maintained. Had new furniture and upgraded beds. Moose Lodge is great when we stayed with our group we had room for two boats and the dock is very large and we didn't have the big waves like we had on the east shore. We had a party of 8 we had lots of room. The house had a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and two refrigerators, a nice big barbecue grille, and a huge dock great for hanging out with the family. We stayed for a week and had lots of room to stock our food, we enjoyed great sunsets and the weather was perfect in September. I recommend the Moose Lodge it’s a great "Rustic" place feels like a camp or a Lodge. My family will be going back for sure. Great location on the lake Geri G. Portland, OR.

Great Lodge Camp like Setting

My group was looking for a fun place that had a rustic cabin like setting on Flathead Lake. We found it at this place. The property is well maintained and has a cozy feeling. It’s a cute place with lots of privacy with the different cabins and a separate bath house. The public boat launch and boat ramp in Dayton Montana is less than a mile away next to the Dayton Yacht Club. We had a 24 foot boat and enjoyed the large dock. We had plenty of room the dock has large wheel bumpers and rubber dock moldings to help protect out boat. The forward slip is about 10 feet deep so we didn’t even have to raise our lower unit up at all. There’s a marina close by in the town of Big Arm about a 10 minute boat ride away that was very convenient for getting gas. We had three couples and enjoyed the room and privacy. The house has nice well stocked kitchen and newer appliances. The property management company met us at the property. We had plenty of room to park our cars as well as our boat trailer. We stayed the last week in June and had great weather. Glacier National Park is about an hour away as well as several good golf courses. We will for sure stay here again on our next trip to Flathead Lake B, James Tacoma Washington

ATTENTION TO DETAIL

What a great place. The owner's attention to detail is outstanding. It is a very well -maintained property. Love the moose decor. Very nice updated property. Included is a nice yard with lots of room for parking. The boat dock has room for 2 boats in private slips including lighting and power. We liked the well-stocked and organized kitchen. There is lots of room for dry, cold and frozen food with two refrigerator freezers. If you are really into cooking there is a great cookbook library, a chef coat and apron if you want to use them. Owner left us lots of info and detail on restaurants, golf courses, fishing guides, performing arts theater, etc. We really enjoyed the classic movie selections. We had 10 people in our group. We had plenty of chairs to sit on the porch, dock, etc. I think we had 14 chairs for outside. There is even a winery in walking distance for tasting. The Idle Spur Restaurant with live music is also in walking distance as well. We were there is September and we picked wild raspberries every morning for breakfast. If you want a rustic log cabin lodge type setting this place is it. It reminds me of going to summer church camp on Lake Coeur d"Alene,Idaho when I was growing up. HVH
