I cannot say enough great things about this host and rental!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! We fished, grilled, relaxed, and enjoyed the beautiful views. This host goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and to be sure that you have anything you need for a great stay!We are already planning our next stay here to spend quality time with our family. This is a lovely property.
We have stayed here several times over my daughters time at Ole Miss. We love the privacy and beautiful grounds. Large living area to gather together. Private rooms and bathrooms are great too! I highly recommend this property.

Our weekend getaway
Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be and more! The house was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The property was amazing, the fish were biting, and the weather was beautiful! It was so nice to come home from Double Decker and relax outside while we fished, flew kites, and nibbled on snacks. Sam made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay so memorable! We will definitely stay there again!! It’s a little piece of heaven in Oxford!
I am so pleased that my guests from St. Louis had a great time at the farm and at Double Decker.

Beautiful Farmhouse and a Great Place to Relax
Not our first time to stay here and definitely won't be our last. This is a beautiful farmhouse and Mr. Fisher is a fantastic host. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends, take walks, fish, relax on the front porch and watch nature. A short ride to downtown Oxford and any type of Great Restaurant eating you can imagine. Or just stay in and cook, watch sports and enjoy the company. Oh and the weather is always just perfect!
I have to admit, the weather was great and the fish were biting. Best of all, my Tennessee guests were as gracious as ever. I hope they return very soon. The fish are waiting too.

Wonderful get away yet close to Oxford.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Yocona and our accommodations were not lacking a thing. The owner is so attentive and wants to be sure there is nothing you need he can’t supply. We were 10 minutes to Oxford and All it’s offerings, but our stay in the country was great.
I was so blessed to host these wonderful guests at the farm. It is very enjoyable being attentive to such nice folks. I hope I am fortunate enough to welcome them as guests again.

Absolutely Beautiful Place to Stay
This is a Great! weekend git a way place to stay. Very nice Farmhouse with a Family size Great Room that provides a relaxing atmosphere. The property is Beautiful with great views, Grill out, relax on the porch, and a pond for some very relaxing fishing. And plenty of room for some walks around the Farm.
Also an easy drive into Oxford for shopping or enjoying the many things to do and see in Oxford.
We have stayed here before and will again, soon.
I regret that I was unable to greet my great guests from Tennessee on this trip. I send thanks to them for understanding my absence and look forward to seeing them on their next visit to Oxford.
