The Space:

Outdoor Space: Patio with seating and propane grill. Back yard and driveway. Plenty of extra parking for large vehicles behind the house.

Master Bedroom: Extra large room with sitting area, king sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.

Additional Bedrooms: King bed in one room, two queen beds in the other, both have in suite bathrooms.

4th bedroom/office: There is a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. Brand new mattresses.

Extra Guests: This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

Guest Access:
Full House. Parking in the driveway and street.

Right next to Dickson St and the University of Arkansas. Blocks from Downtown Faytetteville

Other Things to Note:
- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

- No smoking

- NO Pets allowed at all

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 23 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
