Important Information for Your Stay

For your convenience, WHost provide essential personal care and cooking products to make your first nights more comfortable. To ensure a smooth check-in, the building requires a brief guest screening before arrival. This process is quick and helps maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents. Please note that if the screening is not approved or not completed, we will unfortunately have to cancel the reservation.

The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures.

During the warmer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), enjoy exclusive access to the building’s pool. Each reservation includes pool access for two registered guests, with additional guests available for a supplement.

For parking, one designated spot is available during your stay for $20 per night. To avoid towing, please ensure your parking pass is displayed and only use your assigned space. If you require additional parking, nearby alternatives are available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or towing while parked on the property. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!
