The Loft of Gillis is provides an excellent location with excellent views. The check-in and check-out process is detailed and coordinated through their detailed property management app. Communication with the host is also great. There is much to do within walking distance and the rooftop is a nice place to relax and enjoy views of the bay and city. Would stay again!

Nice place in TC

This is a nice condo for staying in TC. It was clean, check-in was super easy, amenities were nice, and location close to downtown. I would stay here again.

Property was in a great location, very close to all shops and restaurants and very close to lake and sandy beach. Stairs to rooftop are as narrow as the pictures show so didn’t use rooftop much. But with the lakeshore that close, there was no need. It was very nice to have a garage to put the rental car in!

Loft at Gillis Stay

Very nice and well-appointed accommodations. Owners were very nice and communicated to us very well and no surprises other than now nice our stay was. We would definitely recommend this property!

Awesome place to stay

We loved staying at this condo. The management was so easy to work with and even helped us get in a day earlier (last minute) when our plans changed. The condo itself is within walking distance to town for meals and the beaches. The condo was modern & comfy and had the best rooftop for hanging out. We would stay again!

Super cute!

The loft is decorated so cute, stocked with essentials and great location for walking around downtown. The rooftop is fun for hanging out and has a view of the water. I’d definitely stay again!

Perfect spot in Traverse City

Great location, across the street from the beach with plenty of food and drink locations nearby. Reasonably priced. Epic rooftop patio, easy parking and access, plus fun welcome gift from the host (MI blended whiskey with cherries). Lots of stairs for older or big folks. Overall had a great time!

My own piece of tranquility

Our family had an amazing stay with the biggest highlight being the breathtaking roof top terrace where we started the day with coffee and ended with wine. The condo was highly appointed with every amenity. Plus walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Staying here elevated our trip to traverse city.

Great location to downtown TC

This condo was in a great location with easy walk to the water and downtown TC. The host was very responsive. Amenities boxes were provided in each bathroom as well as laundry and kitchen needs! It was too cold to enjoy the rooftop during our stay, but I imagine it’s lovely when the sun is out.

The furniture was dirty and uncomfortable and not enough for the 4 people staying there. The rooftop furniture was broken. The stair treads were a trip hazard.

Great location

My daughter and i were looking for a place to stay for her to decompress from grad school and wedding planning. It was spring break, quiet in traverse city, but that's what we were hoping for. The condo was very quiet for us, but there was no one really around. Rarely did we hear sounds from other condos and we never heard street noise. This condo was the perfect location. Walkable to downtown, Front St, and a short drive anywhere else. Easy to get in and out. There is a little Italian deli that is a must, zfolgarellis we had the best sandwiches ever!

July - Traverse City Vacation

Amazing experience. The management is superior! Neve have I had someone who is more personable and attentive to every need we might have. The condo was lovely, and described perfectly. Every home amenity that you will need-- plus MORE! While in an amazing location, Traverse City is going under ALOT of construction-- so in the morning, bring ear plugs!! This is no indication of the condo or management!
