Experience the Aruba effect when you indulge yourself in this 2-bedroom home with a very private backyard. After a short, 17 minute drive from the airport, you can cool off in the large 3meter X 5meter pool. If you spend your days exploring the island, you can enjoy a quiet evening under the palapa or floating in the pool and planning the next day's fun.

The home's open floor plan features a full kitchen with gas stove/griddle and oven, granite countertops, dining area, full living room with a 43in Samsung Smart TV and sofabed. The living room opens to the backyard patio with a sliding glass door. The entire space is air conditioned.

Our home has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the backyard patio has a large closet, dressing table, chest of drawers and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 Twin XL beds or a King size bed, a credenza with drawers, and hanging space. (If you prefer the bed to be set as a King size bed, please inform us at booking and we’ll have it ready for you). Both bedrooms feature a Samsung Smart TV with cable or live streaming, window shades that block out the light for a good night's sleep, clothing storage and dressing center.

Both bathrooms have hot water showers. AC units in each bedroom and the living area keep you cool and comfortable.

The kitchen is outfitted with enough kitchenware to cook and serve like home. Two full grocery stores are within 1/2 mile.

Walk out onto the patio and enjoy a gas BBQ grill and full set of patio furniture under a perfectly breezy palapa. You can catch the sun while relaxing on the lounge chairs and then cool off in the sparkling pool.

Need to catch up on social media or work? We have fast WIFI throughout the property and a small workstation.

We'll have you ready for the beach with towels, chairs, and a cooler are waiting for you! Eagle Beach, voted the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean, is only an 8 minute drive. Rent a car so that you can explore the island’s many attractions, from numerous beautiful beaches, the California Lighthouse, Aruba Aloe Factory, Arikok National Park, and more. We have a local manager that will be available for any questions or needs you have during your stay.

Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while being close to the High Rise hotel strip with its many restaurants, bars, casino and shops.

You will have full access to the entire property because this is a private residence in a quiet neighborhood; no shared spaces. Concrete off-street parking. The backyard is completely enclosed and gated for privacy and safety.

The sofabed in the living room is designed for 2 people. It's size is between a twin bed and a full size bed. Linens are available automatically when reserving for more than 4 persons, or upon request.


WHY ARUBA??

Aruba is properly referred to as "The Happy Island". The locals are friendly, fun, and most speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish. Aruba offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The clear ocean water offers great swimming, water sports, and snorkeling. There are many opportunities for exploring, especially in Arikok National Park. And the beaches are....stunning!

• Beach chairs (4), beach towels, and a cooler are included.
• Please be respectful of the home, property and neighbors.
• No Smoking and Vaping e-cigarettes INSIDE the house or 6ft within entrances/windows. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Empty the outdoor ashtrays only in trash bin on driveway.
• No Pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed on property.
