Emerald Isle captured our attention the moment we discovered it, and after years of enjoying our home away from home, we still believe it offers one of the most desirable locations on Panama City Beach. What truly set this property apart for us was the exceptional oversized balcony — a rare feature that provides an expansive outdoor living space perfect for morning coffee, sunset dining, or simply relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking Gulf views and coastal breeze.

We were also drawn to the quieter west end location of Front Beach Road, which offers a more peaceful and refined beach experience away from the heavier traffic and crowds found in other areas. Guests appreciate the convenience of easy access to local attractions while still enjoying a more relaxing atmosphere.

Dining and entertainment are all within close reach. Emerald Isle is located directly across from Mike’s Oyster Bar, a longtime local favorite known for fresh seafood and casual coastal dining. Nearby Salty Sue’s is another popular spot loved by both locals and visitors, while the iconic McGuire’s Irish Pub — famous for its lively atmosphere, exceptional food, weekend brunch, and signature cocktails — is just a short drive away.

The location also offers quick access to Pier Park, the area’s premier destination for upscale shopping, waterfront dining, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions.

Another reason we chose Emerald Isle is the pride the property takes in maintaining a first-class guest experience. The management, security, and maintenance teams are outstanding and consistently keep the grounds, pool areas, elevators, and common spaces impeccably maintained.

To further enhance the guest experience, Emerald Isle is currently upgrading all four elevators to new high-speed elevators. Two are already fully operational, with additional upgrades underway, providing even greater convenience and efficiency for guests throughout the property.

What makes our Emerald Isle condo truly special begins with the breathtaking views from the 22nd floor. From this elevated vantage point, guests enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf, stunning sunsets, and the peaceful sound of the waves from the comfort of the oversized balcony — one of our favorite places to relax and unwind.

Inside, we’ve thoughtfully updated the condo to create a comfortable and upscale coastal retreat. Recent upgrades include new flooring, updated appliances, and refreshed bathroom fixtures throughout the unit. Guests especially enjoy the spa-like features, including the jetted tub in the guest bathroom and the spacious walk-in shower in the master bath, which add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

One of the compliments we hear most often from guests is how exceptionally well-stocked the condo is. Because we personally love to cook, we’ve equipped the kitchen with far more than the basics — from quality cookware and utensils to the tools needed for everything from a gourmet dinner to a casual beach picnic lunch.

Cleanliness and attention to detail are also a top priority for us. Our housekeeping team consistently receives wonderful feedback from guests for preparing the condo in immaculate condition and ensuring everything is fresh, clean, and ready for a relaxing arrival experience.
