Our beautifully remodeled LAKEFRONT 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath town-home is being offered by owners whose family has been on the lake since the late 40's. As their family grew, there was not enough room at the family cottage so this is the perfect place for your family and theirs to enjoy all that Lake Waccamaw has to offer.

If you are just learning about Lake Waccamaw, nature enthusiasts delight in the area's rich biodiversity. The unique ecosystem surrounding the lake boasts a variety of flora and fauna, providing ample opportunities for bird watching and wildlife observation. For water enthusiasts, the lake beckons with its clear waters, inviting you to bring your motorboat, sailboat, paddle board or kayak, You can try your hand at fishing from the complex owned pier. Anglers will appreciate the diverse fish population, making it an excellent spot for both novice and experienced fishermen. Lake Waccamaw state park is just down the road to enjoy.

Plus there are 2 gorgeous leather goose-neck sitting chairs with ottomans that are positioned to look out over the lake or take part in easy TV viewing as well.

Like to rock, no problem, a rocker awaits. This townhouse is the only one offering those amenities in the living area making our guests as comfortable as possible.

When the fun day comes to an end, watch the beautiful sunset sky from the large deck overlooking the water's edge. This deck is shared only by the Townhouse owners and guests. Same thing for the covered pier. It's yours to enjoy as our guests.
