As mentioned above, this building is in the midst of a major deck renovation project, with construction activity taking place MondayâFriday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.
The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day â this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. Weâve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.
Two Bedroom #712 offers:
âą 1,100 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area with gas fireplace, washer/dryer and queen sleeper sofa.
âą The main bedroom has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and twin bunk beds.
âą The living space has a queen sofa bed, two chairs, television, dining table and DVD player.
âą The full kitchen includes utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker stove top and oven.
âą The two bedroom accommodates 3 to 7 people.
UPDATE: Some Building 7 decks are closed for repair after recent inspections. Permanent repairs are scheduled, but there is currently no access to the balconies in condo #712. Updates will be posted when the deck is repaired. Thank you for your understanding.

Upon entering this condominium, you'll find a sense of spaciousness and comfort throughout the space. A fireplace, television, sleeper sofa and two leather chairs create the perfect gathering zone for your family or friends. This area is a great spot to gather and swap stories of the day.
The full kitchen is also a part of the open room. You can walk in and find the area fully equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and oven. There is plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar with two leather stools. The dining table has seats four with the nearby coffee table able to take care of some extras if friends drop in for a bite.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a full bed and twin bunk beds. It also has a full bath and separate vanity.
The condominium is also equipped with a washer/dryer.
It is a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Lodge HOA hot tubs (indoor or outdoor), the health club, steam room, sauna and the seasonal swimming pool.
You are truly on Palisades Tahoeâs slopes while at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property. Steps from the chairs, KT22 and base-to-base gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner. And summer is not complete without time at the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool. Biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches or boating or several nearby Tahoe golf courses are also all available.
