We had everything we needed for a roomy, comfortable stay. Loved that the beach was just across the road and the view of the pool and sound was lovely. Covered parking was a nice extra.

The refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there. Curtain rod in master fell down and was flimsy. Some vertical blind panels were missing in living room. Kitchen was only adequate with only two teaspoons in drawer. Pans were aged with chipping teflon coating on sone. Glassware was spartan with no more than 3 of a kind. Sheets didn’t fit well in master and would come off matress

Great place

This was a great place to stay! We loved it! The only thing it doesn’t tell you is that you are in the building that can’t see the actual ocean due to the buildings in front of you. You are across the road to the beach access. The bay side is still really pretty and nice to see!

Pensacola spring break

My son and his friend wanted to fish the coast. We've stayed in Pensacola 7-8 times in the past, and a few times at Palm Beach Club on account of its adjacency to the national seashore. This unit was a perfect base for their needs, it was comfortable and convenient. I walked the beach and we went to island restaurants that are all nearby; the vacation was a complete success. The property owners made everything simple. Thank you!

Family Time

Our son is stationed in Pensacola. I looked through the VRBO app to find a place for us to stay while visiting him. This was the perfect spot! Only 30 min from base (a little quicker without traffic). It was so peaceful and relaxing! The views off our balcony were stunning. We had some really nice quality family time. We could go to the pool, the gulf side of the beach or the bay. Everything was so close. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Pensacola.

Great space

This condo was at a great location with easy access to sound, beach, and trolly stop. 2 balcony’s, gated community and 2 car covered parking were great bonuses. On suite baths in each downstairs room are nice but you may have some trouble if you plan on having anyone stay on the main floor sans bathroom, like we did with the kids.

the views are beautiful. The place had some small issues.However when phoning to deal with the issues, the management team could not have been more helpful. Having good customer service is the key when dealing with issues. The lady who we spoke with handled the situation perfectly. That matters! Thank you. I wish I had her name.

Perfect Location

Beautiful property and you can’t beat the location. The complex is the last one on the bayside before you get to Ft Pickens with nothing but a public beach access across the road. My only issue with the condo was the master bed. The mattress was worn out and dipped to the middle. The rest of the unit was wonderful!

We are in the process of cleaning carpets and doing "deep cleans" in all of our units after the extremely busy season we had! Hope next time you come it will be improved!

Sad condo, great location

I️ absolutely love the location of Palm Beach Club, but this unit definitely needs some updates. Stained carpet throughout, wobbly plumbing fixtures, mildewed shower curtain, and an ill equipped kitchen (didn’t even have a cookie sheet). I’ve stayed in this complex a half dozen times or more and every unit has been so cute and well appointed…this unit is just sad.

Need remodeling!!!

First thing when you open the door you will see super dirty carpets! That place needs an update. The management team was super friendly and professional. After I showed them the pictures they offered us to move to a different location or return our money! We move out after third night (we had this rental for 7 nights) That property is not ready to have guests in it!!!

Under Construction

We have stayed at Palm Beach Club every summer for 10+ years. This summer, the complex was undergoing needed, major renovations. When our initial rental was impacted by these renovations, we had to scramble to be moved to another unit that would be safe and enjoyable for our family. Southern Rentals was great to work with and made the switch convenient. Our only complaint about this unit was a very strong mold/mildew smell and some small cleanliness issues when we first arrived. The smell faded quickly (within the first 1-2 days of our stay) after opening the doors in the unit. Overall, we love this location and had a nice stay. Once the building renovations are complete, it will be much more enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views of this condo are perfect! Steps from the Sound and across from the beach. Furnishings are a little worn and very basic. The only issue is the kitchen\\\\\ if you bring partially prepared meals- it is difficult. There is not 1 serving bowl and couldn't even heat up meatballs/sauce and cook the spaghetti- only 1 pot. Silverware and glassware also pretty light, basically rent this unit if you eat out all the time.

This unit needs updated.

The unit is in desperate need of being updated. The carpet is in terrible condition. The king bed is just on wooden blocks barely off the floor. Note the jacuzzi tub is your only means of bathing in your king suite and the jets do not work. Room was not ready until after 4 p.m. while fellow travelers staying in a different unit in the same condo had been n theirs much earlier. Its apparent this unit needs a lot of tlc. Sadly because the location is great I would not recommend staying here. The entire place was under construction and we were not notified. Stairs barracaded, painters all around our room and car. We also endured the tornado while there. So we slept 2 nights with no air one due to the unit breaking down and one due to power outage. Had it not been for the beauty of the Pensacola beaches this trip would had not been worth it but they are gorgeous. I would highly recommend choosing a different room for sure.

Location was perfect. Waking up and having coffee on the balcony while listening to the birds and watching the waves on the beach was Amazing. The shower faucet on the garden tub could definitely use some repairs, it turns all the way around, so it takes a while to find the correct position for the perfect temperature. The mattress cover on one of the beds made it clear that it hasn't been changed in a while. Everything else was great.
