the condo was super clean! even had beach toys to use while we stayed there! my only complaint was the people above us being so loud but theres nothing that they can do about that!

Great place in a great location

The apartment was nice and clean had everything we needed. It's in a great location with lots of shopping and dining options and by the beach. Great beach town, with lots of activities. Looking forward to my next visit.

Beach escape

We had a great stay during our Christmas break! Very clean condo, well stocked and check-in was super easy! Love the peaceful decor and enjoyed the big screen TV! Beach is a short easy walk and great shopping near by! Loved the relaxing views and quiet evenings! Thank you guys for a great stay!

Great location and Condo

Loved this condo. Right across from the beach and near the beach side restaurants we love. Extremely clean with a nice balcony view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe this summer.

Nice place, wonderful neighborhood, across from beach

If you are looking for a relaxing time at the beach with the family, this is the place to go. It is across from the beach, near great restaurants and shopping. Lots to do in the area such as fishing, beach, boating, diving, and dolphin watching, golf, and a water park nearby to name a few. Newly renovated, big screen TV, and everything we could possibly want. Pack your bags and have a great time.

Moms 60th birthday

We have stayed in Destin many times before and always enjoy our stay. Overall the property was nice but I do think some attention to detail would make this property a 10/10. The shower curtain in the bathroom was yellow and I did bring this to the attention of the management company. The lady informed me due to bleach being used in the tubs it changes the color of the curtain. While I do understand this, it still does not look appealing to have a yellow shower curtain. During our stay the knob off of one of the toilets came off. The management company was very prompt in addressing this and we had someone over within the hour to have it fixed. We really appreciated that! Other things to note was that the bedding did not seem to be fresh as it had a wet mildew smell. We re washed everything, and it was fine then. Also while pets are allowed at this property it did have a “dog smell/ urine.” I have stayed at numerous properties that allow pets as we always bring our dog but the smell was very prominent when you walked in. The carpet itself is clearly discolored and has obvious stains on it, I do think changing this would benefit the overall look and cleanliness of the property. Again overall our stay was pleasant, location was great, easy access to beach, and property management was great. However as stated before I think some additional attention to detail would make this property much more appealing.
