Villa Avo is a brand new 2-bedroom villa with a private heated jacuzzi, situated in a serene location next to the town of Chania. It is is located in the area of Mournies, about 2.5 km from a supermarket and 1200 meters from the nearest restaurant. The villa features a spacious open-plan area with a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Both indoor and outdoor dining tables provide delightful options for your meals. A car is recommended for your stay to explore west Crete.

Villa Avo offers a spacious open plan area with a living room area, a smart TV, a welcoming dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a boiler, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher for your convenience.

A cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and a smart TV, and a bedroom with two single beds are provided.

Please be aware that accommodation for a 5th guest is available, either on an additional portable bed in the open-plan area or on a couch in the living room.

Villa Avo includes two bathrooms for your convenience. One spacious bathroom features two showers, while the other bathroom is equipped with a single shower.

The villa extends to a spacious courtyard, complete with a private heated jacuzzi, a few sun loungers, and two dining areas. An outdoor dining table, conveniently located next to the kitchen, and another dining table adjacent to the jacuzzi area, provide options for delightful outdoor dining experiences.
