Cheshire Cottage is also less than a mile from all of the activities, shops, restaurants, and breweries in downtown Black Mountain.

• The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals with a gas range, dishwasher, two types of coffee makers (Keurig and standard Drip-style), and a crock pot/slow cooker.
• Open-concept dining and living room with Smart TV for streaming (along with a DVD/Blu Ray player) and a gas fireplace.
• A garage game room offers an air hockey table with the option to convert it into a ping-pong table, corn hole boards, charcoal grill (for exterior use on the patio only), and available parking for 1 vehicle with an electric car charger (14-50 outlet).
• Fully fenced patio area with bistro lighting, gas fire table, hot tub, and outdoor shower.
• Dogs are welcome at Cheshire Cottage for an additional fee.
• Two yoga mats are provided for guest use.

Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. There is one flight of exterior stairs from the parking area to the entrance of the home. There is a Ring doorbell camera.

Neighborhood construction and creek restoration are ongoing and expected to be completed in January 2026. While we do not anticipate significant impact, occasional noise and minor disruptions with traffic may occur.
