Step into our newly built (Fall 2023) townhome, a spacious 3-bedroom+ getaway designed with families and groups in mind. Nestled just across from Old Orchard Beach's expansive 7 miles of pristine sandy shoreline and a mere mile from the renowned Pier, this residence offers both serenity and excitement. this rental boasts a range of family-friendly amenities. But what truly sets it apart are the captivating marsh views from the backyard, adding an extra layer of tranquility to your stay.

Duplex Townhome - this is unit B ( right side). Has private entrances ( front door and door onto the back yard) as well as garage access. We provide linens, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, washer/dryer, toiletries etc.
You will see the unit marked upfront with both "Unit B " and "102"...the "102" is the 911 required address.
