The space

Open Concept Kitchen and Dining Room:
The heart of the home can be found in our open concept kitchen and dining room. Our dining table accommodates six guests, with additional seating for two at the large kitchen island. The kitchen has lovely quartz counters and plenty of beautiful cabinets. All stainless steel appliances: electric glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Steel sink. Fully equipped with elegant bone china dinnerware from Mikasa, gorgeous coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses, Mikasa cutlery, Kirkland signature 12-piece non-stick cookware set, Sabatier knives, cutting boards, bakeware, baking sheet, muffin pan, mixing bowls, etc. Lots of kitchen tools Lots of small appliances such as toaster, blender, hand mixer, Instant pot airfryer, Keurig coffee maker, and 12 cup coffee maker and hot water kettle. An entire spice rack of a variety of spices, salt, fresh pepper grinder, a few different hot sauces, some dry goods/canned goods such as pasta, rice, beans, ramen and pasta sauce, some breakfast essentials such as oats, cereals, pancake mix, and cooking oils. Parchment paper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.

The coffee/tea bar is not just beautifully decorated but is fully stocked with premium ground coffee, premium k-cups, variety of teas, honey, sugar and half-and-half cups.

Kid friendly chocolate syrup and Swissmiss hot chocolate is also provided. Assorted kitchen tools, screwdriver.

Snack Nook:
Kids will love the snack nook. It is well stocked with some chips, bars and cookies. It is also stocked with kids plates, cups with lids and straws, bowls and cutlery and lots of board books.

Dedicated Work Area:
Great area to work, savor your morning cup of tea or coffee, or to connect over delicious meals.

Living Room:
The house features a large, bright living room with all-new furniture including large sofa, loveseat and chair to relax. The 65” Smart Fire TV comes with Amazon Prime and Netflix so you can watch your favorite shows. The gorgeous console stores plenty of books for all ages and some games. The lovely sofa converts to a super comfortable queen bed. Extra sheets and blankets for this will be provided on request.

Internet and WIFI:
Business class high-speed internet of 500 Mbps will allow your entire group to endlessly surf and stream the internet without issue.

Master Bedroom:
Lovely primary suite with a tray ceiling & walk-in closet. Beautiful views of backyard from the windows. New king size bed with brand new luxurious 12” hybrid memory foam mattress from Casper. Dual nightstands with matching night lamps. Beautiful decor and lovely ZZ plant. Magnetic charging station. Lovely dresser with lots of storage. Pamper yourself with some lovely scented candle and delicious chocolates while watching your favorite shows on the 55” smart TV with Fire TV stick. Luxurious linens, super soft quilt and cozy king size blanket for colder nights. A comfortable chair to relax. Large walk in closet with shelves and hanging space (with hangers). It stores a full size folding crib, pack n play and folding high chair. Luggage rack for your convenience.

Ensuite Master Bathroom:
Large walk-in shower, dual quartz sinks with beautiful storage vanities. Shower has parabens and sulphate free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The vanity has hand wash, moisturizer, extra hand towels and washcloths, hair dryer, qtips, makeup remover pads, makeup remover, and extra toilet paper.

Blue Guest Bedroom:
New king size bed with brand new luxurious 12” hybrid memory foam mattress from Casper. Dual nightstands with matching night lamps. Beautiful decor. Magnetic charging station. Unwind and watch your favorite shows on the 44” smart TV with Fire TV stick. Luxurious linens, super soft quilt and cozy king size blanket (in pretty basket) for colder nights. Green Guest Bedroom:

Guest Bathroom:
Shower and bathtub, with beautiful quartz sink. Shower has parabens and sulphate free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The vanity has hand wash, moisturizer, extra hand towels and washcloths, hair dryer, qtips, makeup remover pads, makeup remover, and extra toilet paper. A gorgeous long mirror to view yourself fully is available just outside.

Laundry Room:
High performing Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. Hypoallergenic All clear detergent, Chlorox bleach, Bounce dryer sheets iron with steam setting and ironing board are provided. The laundry room also has extra towels, hand towels, washcloths, lint roller and emergency sewing supplies. All cleaning supplies are also stored in this room.

Back porch, Patio and Backyard:
The covered porch in the back is one of our favorite areas in the house. Surrounded entirely by greenery, this is a serene place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The patio has additional space to relax and enjoy the beautiful treelined view and watch the birds and squirrels.

Other things to note
Queen Sleeper Sofa:
Extra bedding for the queen sleeper sofa will be available by request only. Failure to do so within 24 hours before the start of your booking can lead to delays in getting your sleeper sofa setup for your first night.

Child Gear:
Pack n play, full size crib, and high chair are available but require minimum of 24 hours notice to the host so we have time to make sure it’s setup for you for your stay. Please note no sheets will be provided for child gear.

Safety:
First aid kit and fire extinguisher are in the coat closet.

Entry: You will have your own passcode for front door access. Keyless entry codes are time-activated and programmed to start at 4:00 PM. Your code will not unlock the door before 4:00 PM.

Long term stays:
Stays greater than 14 days require a professional cleaning every 14 days.

Ex. A stay of 30 days would require one stay, 14 days in. A stay of 60 days would require cleanings at days 14, 30, and 45. The day and time slot for the cleaning, to be agreed upon in advance at a time mutually agreed upon by the host and cleaner availability; and the guest.

Each cleaning visit to be billed BEFORE your stay begins at $150 each. This is in addition to the listed one-time cleaning fee at checkout, included with your quoted stay price.

Based on your long term stay duration, we will confirm how many cleanings will need to happen, and send an in-app request for that payment amount.

Late check out:
Late check out not permitted unless approval otherwise given. Late check out is available on a case by case basis, for a fee. Please contact us if interested.

Unauthorized late checkout:
Stays beyond your check out time due to delays of any type are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes in excess of your check out time.

Being late is disrespectful of our cleaning and turnover teams time and work schedule, and can significantly throw off their day, affecting their time with their family, and to other obligations.

We reserve the right, if you refuse to leave our property in a timely manner, to call on the local authorities for assistance as you would be considered trespassing

Early checkin:
Early checkin not permitted unless approval given. It is available on a case by case basis for a fee. Contact us if interested.

Smoking:
No smoking allowed in the home or on the premises at all. To include cigarette, cigar, marijuana, and vaping devices. Violations will be subject to a $1,000 fee.

House parties:
No house parties permitted. Video doorbell and other exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages from professional cleaners, contractors, and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost or up to $10,000. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated, with no refund. Refusing to leave the premises when the policy is violated, will result in the authorities being called to forcibly remove all trespassers. House parties also subject to a $1,000 fine.

Guests:
Guests to come and visit you during your stay are permitted in a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Unapproved guests are subject to a $100 per person fine, per occurrence.

Animals:
Animals are not allowed unless given explicit permission. Animals brought into the premises are subject to a fine of $500. Any damages incurred from the animal, the owner is responsible for all damages for repairs, replacements, and cleaning required to fix any problems; up to $10,000.

Before you leave, please:
• Place used bed linens and used towels in the laundry area
• Collect all garbage and place in trash bin outside on the side of the house where the garage is.
• Turn off the lights and lock the door.
