The Space:
No need for winding gravel roads, steep hills or hanging off the mountain to obtain these stunning long-range views! Located just off Highway 5, fifteen minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, access to this property is all paved roads!

The property has had many renovations including, bathrooms, painting, new siding and outdoor deck! The deck expands the entire distance of the home and you will never want to be anywhere else! Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs with coffee, napping on the hanging bed or cozy up in one of the rockers inside the screen porch!

NEW! Expanded lower deck and large fire pit! Excellent space to bond with family and friends.

As you approach Blue Sky Dreams, there will be parking on the side of the house and just across from the property. It has room for three vehicles but could accommodate four if needed. There is a hill as you approach but it is paved and very easy to navigate.

Entry is through the front door and a key code will be provided for the duration of your stay. You enter into the foyer/kitchen area and immediately, the long-range views will hit you through the large glass windows providing natural light!

To the right of the entry door is a pantry and the dining area for eight is to the right of the stairs. The dining area leads into the cozy living room featuring an electric fireplace, large flat screen smart TV, seating area and access to the large covered porch.

As you walk onto the porch, you have several options to choose from. Relax in the Adirondack chairs, sit by the wood burning fireplace and catch the big game, have breakfast watching the sunrise or cozy up on the hanging bed for a nap or to read a book!

There is a security ring camera at the front door. There are no cameras in common spaces.

To the right of the kitchen is the entry to the separate office and seating area. It features a day bed that is perfect for families with small children that prefer them to sleep close to you just off the master bedroom. It also provides access to the full size washer and dryer.

The master bathroom is directly off the private office/seating area. It features a glass walk-in shower and dual vanities. The master bedroom is large, has an entry to the large porch with excellent views and two comfortable chairs to just get away from it all! It also has direct access to the screened porch just off the side of the bedroom.

The stairs to the loft are located to the left of the kitchen. The loft is perfect for kids with two single beds and a table to play games or build a puzzle.

Two additional queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom are left of the kitchen. The bedroom to the right has access to the large covered porch. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo.

The stairs leading to the game room are just off the living room. The game room features a slate pool table, Ms. Pac Man, table for games/puzzles, lounge chair and large connect four.

The lower porch is just off the game room and features a five person hot tub, dining table, gas grill and additional seating!

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet and unfinished basement areas.

The Neighborhood:
Blue Sky Dreams is accessible via paved roads the entire way and four wheel drive is not necessary. It is located 10 minutes from Mccaysville and 12 minutes from Blue Ridge just off Highway 5.

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Monday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the three trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind this includes the outdoors and fire pits. NO VAPING is permitted at this property.

Credit card processing fees are non refundable for VRBO and Direct reservations.
