Bring your own watercraft toys and keep them high and dry on your own personal launch floating dock. (Up to 3 Jet Ski, WaveRunner and PWC can be kept on the floating dock)

The property includes outdoor cameras for security purposes (Front entrance, front porch, side gate, back porch, backyard, dock) and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.

Guests assume full responsibility for their use of kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, pool toys, pool equipment, docks, dock ladders, boats, personal water craft and any other amenities provided. It is important to note that swimming in the pools or any water within or near the premises is also done at your own risk.

Other Things to Note:
Driveway can fit up to 3 cars. Cars parked on the street will be towed.
We have scheduled weekly maintenance workers e.g. Pest control, lawn care, pool maintenance and A/C maintenance that may need access to the yard. They will not disturb you or interrupt your stay in any way.
Please be aware that we regularly apply insecticide to the premises to control bugs and insects. Nevertheless, if you happen to encounter any small bugs, please remember that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. To minimize the likelihood of this, kindly ensure that all doors remain closed.

The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can NOT allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.
