The vacation rental is situated on a neighbor-friendly block in Enderly Park, an area experiencing revitalization and growth with lots of new constructions and business re-development.

Enjoy the best of Charlotte from this stylishly decorated 1000+ square foot, one level bungalow. Inside, the bungalow underwent a COMPLETE renovation. Guests will experience an open floor plan as well as a well-stocked kitchen suitable for all family styles. High grade appliances complement the space. The island offers opportunity for meal prep.

To the right of the entrance are the two bedrooms. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a 32” Fire T . A family bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. At the other end of the hall is the primary en-suite which features a king size bed, a wall mounted 43 inch Fire TV and a bathroom with a rainfall shower head. Bathrooms are outfitted with Bluetooth enabled ceiling lights… enjoy music or your favorite podcast while you prepare for the day ahead. Blackout curtains are provided in the family bedroom and living room.

▪️ Garbage collection is once a week on Thursday. A maintenance staffer will be onsite on Wednesdays and Thursdays to handle the garbage bins. Guests will not be disturbed.
▪️To enhance your visit this property is equipped with smart home features - entry keypad, doorbell camera, floodlight camera, door motion lights, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, noise/smoke detection device, and Bluetooth enabled ceiling light fans. Tampering with these devices is prohibited and will result in damage fees. Security cameras are an integral feature to ensure the safety of our guests. Cameras are located on the exterior only. Tampering with these devices will result in a damage fee equal to the cost of replacement and installation.
