This 1 queen bed/1 bath condo is the perfect hideaway for a couple or solo traveler looking to experience the best Pensacola has to offer! Blue Wahoos Stadium and Bay Center are within a mile; a short ride to "The World's Whitest Beaches", and NAS Pensacola.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

Note: This condo's windows overlook the Sky Lounge, our private patio area, but there are curtains and greenery to block the view. Sky Lounge does have quiet hours.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.

-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies. 
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.
