Location d'été à court terme, séjour minimum de 7 nuits.
3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison entièrement mise à jour et rénovée sur 3 acres privé, caché de la route principale, à proximité de la ville et des plages. Parfait pour une famille ou un ou deux couples. Aucun groupe s'il vous plaît.
Piscine fermée chauffée, CAC, salon ouvert, salle à manger et cuisine, télévision à écran plasma grand écran avec son surround, cuisine du chef gastronomique avec 2 lave-vaisselle, toutes commodités. Wifi, piscine, entretien de la pelouse et ramassage des ordures inclus.
Location à la semaine 725 $ par jour et 825 $ par jour pour la semaine du 4 juillet et la semaine de la fête du Travail, plus les frais d'entretien de la piscine. Des frais de nettoyage de 150 $ et de 50 $ pour l'entretien de la piscine sont facturés. Il y a des frais de dépôt de 350 $ pour le CAC et le chauffage de la piscine en fonction de la location d'une semaine. Si le montant dépasse 350 $, il sera déduit de la protection contre les dommages de 750 $. Wi-Fi est gratuit.
Les petits chiens bien entraînés traités pour les tiques sont autorisés à la discrétion des propriétaires.
La maison a une douche extérieure, barbecue, hamac, table de ping-pong et toutes les commodités dont on a besoin pour se détendre et profiter.

Great retreat

The property was perfectly situated in the East Hampton woods, secluded and surrounded by amazing nature. Irina was a great host who was highly responsive. Definitely recommend!

Tranquil retreat!

If you are looking to unplug with the family,this is the spot! Very tranquil and peaceful, yet only at 10 minute drive into town. Great restaurants, shops and even a stop and shop nearby,which was great. The host, Irina is very responsive and directed us to a great restaurant SiSi on the water. Do make dinner reservations ahead of time and enjoy!

Great Family Vacation

The home was spacious and beautiful and the outside lounge area and pool were amazing! There were so many different, cozy areas outside to sit and relax with coffee or lunch. The pool deck with the many chairs and umbrellas felt like a resort and we loved the massive pool floats. Irina was a very kind and responsive host. Thanks for the nice vacation!

Family of 5- with 3 early teens.

We had a very enjoyable family vacation stay at Irina's house in East Hampton. The house is located at the end of a long driveway and is extremely private. The outdoor space and pool is fantastic, and the common living area is great for a family vacation retreat. Irina was immediately responsive both before and during our stay.. We hope to return again next summer!

Relaxing getaway

The house is located north of east hampton in a beautiful wooded area. Irina was very responsive throughout the whole process. The house has a great open living/kitchen area and great outside space. Since we were there during covid, I would point out that to go to the beach, you need to arrive by taxi since there is no daily parking right now.

The beach situation was discussed with the renter when she booked the house. I can not in any way be responsible for regulations regarding the beach during Covid. The renter said at that time she understands and beach not so important. Was more concerned about bicycles and so even though bikes are not necessarily included in the rental, were fixed and available. Also the cab basically costs same or close to daily rate at the beach which a normal option as permits are not ever available to short term renters.

INCREDIBLE

This was one of the best vacations we have had in a long time! Irina is an amazing host. She was so on top of everything and wanted to make sure we had an incredible vacation, which we did. I am a big cook, so the kitchen was perfect….AND LOTS of spices and utensils. The beds and pillows were the best I’ve ever had on vacation. So important! We loved the access to the decks from all around the house. It’s like you are in your own Oasis. The pool was great. The location is so private. The house is beautiful and a very open look, which I love. Everything is gated, so no worries about children or doggies. Again, thank you so much for this Irina. We would love to come back for years.

Great Hamptons Getaway At A Lovely Home

My husband and I and our friends had a great Hamptons week at Irina's lovely, comfortable, and well-equipped home. The listing was 100% accurate - the home is just as described and pictured. It's light, bright, tastefully furnished, and comfortable for relaxing, cooking, and even working if you have to work! (WiFi worked perfectly!) The house comes equipped with everything you could possibly want/need - great, fully equipped kitchen (with a fantastic variety of spices!), really nice beach chairs and pool and beach towels, super comfy couch, big dining table if you're a group. We found the beds to be very comfortable too. Irina is also super responsive in terms of making the reservation, questions, checking in access/closing up, and if you have questions while you're there. She responds right away. Thanks Irina for sharing your lovely home!

A PERFECT VACATION

Oh how we adored our month at Irina’s secluded and cozy Hamptons home! Decorated exactly how you want a beach house to look: bright, open, comfortable, welcoming and thoughtfully put together. The couch is UNBELIEVABLY comfortable, the beautiful kitchen open and welcoming, and we felt more than at home during our stay. The pool is an utter delight (flamingo floatie a bonus!!), especially paired with such a livable deck; we spent nearly all of our daylight hours outside and never cared to leave the property until dusk! As a family who loves to cook at home, we especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was – every gadget and tool we could have hoped for was there, as were an ample supply of serving platters. A high quality outdoor grill completes the package. Even our dog was in absolute heaven, with ample space to run around safely. We also greatly appreciated the considerate supply of pool towels, beach towels and beach chairs. We didn’t have to think about anything, it was all right there for us! Irina was an extraordinary host, gracious, communicative, extremely helpful and so genuine. It was a joy to work with her and it’s clear that her warm personality is part of what makes her home such a lovely place to stay. We hope to return again and again and again! Thank you, Irina, for a summer to remember!

Amazing stay!

When we had to cancel our already planned and paid for trip to Europe, we were devastated. It was never our plan to stay in NY, but we needed to GO SOMEWHERE rather than staying at home. When I saw this house -- with the beautiful grounds and pool -- it seemed like the best option. Boy, was I right! The house was everything we needed. We spent days on end turning into prunes in the beautiful heated pool. My 7 year old was most fond of the flamingo float that was available to us to use. The interior of the home is lovely and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could hope to need, including a blender for our poolside piña coladas! For us couch potatoes, it was great that all TV streaming services were included, especially since a week without Disney+ would have been torture for said 7 year old. We grilled or ordered curbside takeout from local restaurants every night. We didn't bother even trying to go to the beach because we had everything we needed at the house. Most notably, the owner, Irina, was so responsive to every question, had wonderful suggestions, and was simply a pleasure to deal with. My family would not hesitate to rent this property again next summer!

Highly Recommend - great in every way

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was wonderful. The outside space is perfect, with different places to sit, hang out, spread out and enjoy. The location is perfect from our perspective. Quiet and private, with easy drives to both towns to the south and Sag Harbor to the nw. Irina is wonderful. Considerate, responsive, communicative; everything you would want.

Wonderful house, pool, lots of outdoor space to enjoy! Set in the woods with beautiful landscaping.

From our first contact with owner Irina everything went smoothly. House was a perfect place for our family and two small pups. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool area and deck are wonderful. One of the best houses we have ever rented! We really appreciated Irina, the owner keeping in contact with us. We would definitely rent the house again.

Family vacation

We rented this house for a week and had a lovely experience. Irina is a great host and was a pleasure to work with. The house is updated with an open concept flow. Much needed respite

Recently renovated, quiet getaway spot with beautifully landscaped grounds. My wife and I needed to get away from it all with our two kids and their grandparents in tow. There was plenty of space indoor and outdoor with a large deck and pool that made for a number of ways to enjoy the property. The owner is very attentive and responsive and clearly cares about providing a great experience. We would definitely recommend.

Great home with excellent amenities and a terrific setting to relax and enjoy.

Very nice home. Well equipped with wonderful amenities. Enclosed pool is terrific. Plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy a great expansive deck. Owner is an excellent communicator and we were very much at ease in this lovely Hamptons home. Set in a wooded area of EH, it's located only 5 minutes from town and 10 minutes from the beach. Highly recommended.

Great house. Great host.

We had a wonderful time at Irina's house in East Hampton. We loved it so much that we barely left to check out the town! But I should add - it's not far from the town at all. You do need a car - but it's only a 10-15 min. drive. The house is in a quiet area. You're surrounded by trees and you can barely see another house nearby. This worked perfectly for us as we wanted a relaxing vacation, but keep this in mind if you want to be within walking distance to the town. The inside of the house is nice too - especially the kitchen and the bathrooms but it's the outside that's the main attraction. It's not the most updated place you'd see on VRBO, but if you're not going to spend all your time inside then I don't think it would bother you at all. And Irina was wonderful - walked me through what we needed even before we got there. And while we were there, she was always very quick to answer questions and she made sure we had a great time without worrying about what to do. I appreciate it. All in all, I'd highly recommend this house.

We love it here

We have rented this house 3 years in a row and have been delighted. It is clean and spacious, perfectly located, incredibly private, modern and well laid out, and the pool/deck area is fantastic. It is our favorite 2 weeks of every year.

Great Fall Get-Away

I stayed in this house with my girlfriend for a week. The house is immaculate, great setting, very private, close to everything important ( the town, the beach, food stores, and farm stands). All the amenities you could want. Highly recommended, would definitely do it again. Alexander

Great Place to rent!

We rented this property last summer for a week at the suggestion of a close friend who rents this house every summer. The house is really great inside and out. Romantic getaway

My husband and I heard about this house from friends who have been renting for years form these landlords. We spent 10 days there last August. I was just my husband and I and we had a fantastic, peaceful and romantic time there. The property is very private and beautiful. It is well maintained. The landlords were very accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommend this for a couple or family.

We love the Hamptons, bought this house when the kids were small and love spending time there. WE have been going out to the Hamptons for 20 years.

what we love most about the property is that it is very private. It is beautifully landscaped, we have great woods all around us. It is very quiet and peaceful.
