There a two other separate and fully equipped two bedroom units attached to the house. These may be occupied by other guess during your stay.
We have house rules but most of all, letâs respect each other and communicate!
1. **No Parties or Events:** Guests are not permitted to host parties, gatherings, or events at the property. Please respect the quiet and privacy of the neighborhood. We will fine $250 for any events held.
2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas if available, but must dispose of cigarette butts properly. We will fine $500 and two days of occupancy for marijuana use, at the prevailing rate.
3. **No Drugs:** The use or possession of illegal drugs on the property is not allowed. Prescription medications must be used as prescribed.
4. **Quiet Hours:** Please observe quiet hours between 11:00pm and 7:00am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
5. **Maximum Occupancy:** The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.
6. **Pets:** Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing. If pets are allowed, follow the specified pet policy.
