Récemment achevé la maison de bardeaux avec vue sur l'océan de baie de Cape Cod de la plupart des chambres. Profitez d'un dîner sur le porche de l'agriculteur, la vie facile avec bambou et en ardoise, frais et relaxant palette de couleurs, de la plage de carreaux de verre dans les salles de bains, bain à remous, le soleil sur les terrasses extérieures qui ouvrent de 2 chambres à l'étage de vues et les sons du ressac. Marcher vite vers les dunes et bluffer avec plage en contrebas, accessible par un escalier. Marchez à l'endroit de petit déjeuner et de la crème glacée locale ou de faire bouillir vos propres homards de la livre de homard à proximité. Profitez des jours paresseux à la plage, visiter à proximité, historique Plymouth avec une grande salle à manger, profondes expéditions maritimes, musée de cire et de magasins d'antiquités, ou conduire 10-30 minutes à Cape Cod et le ferry pour l'Vineyard et Nantucket. Ceci est un excellent emplacement et endroit paisible pour explorer la côte et de la région de Boston. De nombreuses options de golf à proximité. This was a wonderful trip for us. The beach was beautiful and the water so clear. The house was spacious and was nice to have a bed for each kid.

We had a wonderful time. The beach is so nice and short walk. The house is comfortable and very nice. The host was great to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely return!

Visiting family in my hometown

We had an amazing week. The view from the balcony was fabulous and proximity to the beach was perfect. The home met and exceeded all expectations. It was a last minute trip and it couldn't have worked out better. We were in a great spot to meet up with all our family and friends in Plymouth. And it was such an easy walk to the beach. Additionally, the host was super hospitable and helpful. 10/10 Loved it!

A wonderful beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. You can see the ocean from the second story porch and hear the waves with the windows open. It was spotless and had everything a family would need. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach which is a short walk from the house. The house is close to restaurants and attractions, but we loved the beach so much we spent most of our time there. We hope to stay here again.

Great house near the beach

The property comes as advertised. A great location that is near the beach. The house and furniture are in great shape. Sandie is a good host and easy to contact. The short walk to the beach does involve walking on a narrow trail through the bushes and descending a long set of stairs. All properties in the area, are on a bluff above the beach, so stairs are the norm. The road leading to the house is not paved, but it is in decent shape. The house has a steep driveway, which posed no problems for us, but might be a concern if you are towing a trailer. There is a well equiped kitchen and many options for dining and takeout nearby. We had a great stay.

We are glad you had a good, if short stay. I might have mentioned that there is another entrance to the beach which does not take you thru the dunes, and with a ramp, to the beach, rather than stairs. I hope the stairs, and the road are depicted in the photos on the listing site. I am always happy to explain more, and try to adapt my info about the area based on visitor comments. I hope you and your family will stay with us again!

Beautiful house

Sandie's house is beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice. It is very open, bright, clean and well laid out. The second floor deck has a beautiful and relaxing view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and the attached farmer's porch allowed for so much privacy and gentle breezes. We had a lovely time at the house with the beach a short 2 min walk from the home. Our kids loved the outdoor shower which was very handy after a day at the beach. Sandie was very hospitable and her communication was great and much appreciated. We always knew she was just a text away. All in all a perfect stay! Thank you Sandie!!

Nice, quiet getaway

Beautiful property that was very serene - a nice escape from the Boston area. House was very clean and well stocked. Property owner was very helpful & responsive. Parking could be difficult for more than 1 car - only tandem parking in drive.

Great cute hose a short walk to the beach

Sandie is wonderful. The house is cute and just a very short walk to the beach. Exactly what we needed. Local restaurants are top shelf too.

Great place great location!

Sandie was a wonderful hostess. The property was a quick 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. View of the ocean from porch of the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The house was convenient to all of downtown Plymouth via a quick drive and far enough away for a nice quiet getaway. Sandie made many great recommendations for great food and activities nearby. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to visit again.

This house is perfect for a relaxing beach escape.

This house is GORGEOUS! We had our whole family of 8 comfortably stay here. Sandie and Bob are the perfect hosts. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about that area. This house is truly a bit of heaven. It is extremely quiet and peaceful, just a stone's throw away from the beach. There is plenty to do close by, but it is so relaxing here that we found ourselves wanting to stay on the property more often than not. Also, the perfect location for star gazing! We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful location for a relaxing vacation!

What an ideal vacation home! The white sand beach is down a delightful sandy path with crystal clear water. The house has all the comforts of home and amply fit our multi-generation crew. The kitchen is stocked full of everything that you may need if you choose to BBQ or cook. Don't miss the local fish market and ice cream shop near by. I enjoyed candlelit dinners on the porch and many lovely moments of peace and tranquility on the hammock. This house is a great option if you're a large group as there's ample room in the big house AND a second adjacent house if needed.

Can't get enough of this Home.

I don't usually take the time to write a review but this Beautiful, Wonderfully located, impeccably clean home deserves to be found be others. You will find a peaceful location that is so close to everything yet quite and serene. Sit on the outer deck with your coffee and watch the sun rise. Take a short walk (is an understatement) to the beach with your coffee and watch the sun rise. We have enjoyed this home 3 times and will be returning again in the Summer of 2016. Great roads to run, cycle or take a leisurely walk. Lots to do within a stones or quick drive - Our last trip down was a last minute decision and Sandy graciously met up with us in Boston to give us the keys to the home to make our trip down to the Cape easier on us. Sandie is available and quick to respond. This home is again close to so much if you want to do a lot of excursions or you can take advantage of resting on the beach or at the house. MaryLou's Coffee is right down the road too ---which while on vacation I have a bit of an addiction. Can't say enough positive about the owners and the beautiful home. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank You Sandie for being such a gracious host and allowing us to enjoy your home.

A Perfect Retreat!

It’s difficult to express in a short review how much we enjoyed our week at this property as part of our summer holiday from the UK. Our family of 5, Mum, Dad and 3 sons - two grown up and a young teenager fitted in with plenty of room to spare. The house suited our needs perfectly. It is comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We loved the large balcony off the upstairs bedrooms which was well used for reading and catching the sun. We also spent time on the porch and garden for breakfast and late afternoon BBQs and relaxed in the large open-plan living space in the evenings. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, its close proximity to the beach was ideal for relaxation after our previous week in the hubbub of New York. Views through the trees to the sea were stunning. When we choose to venture further afield, Plymouth to the north and the beautiful Cape Cod to the south were only 15-20mins away. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay such a memorable one.

Had a great time in this beautiful roomy beach home

So many beautiful views from all around the house. Plenty of space for guests to hang out all around the house. Super roomy, never felt on top of eachotger. So close to a fantastic beach. The full kitchen is great and super convenient. The deck is quite large and perfect for an evening dinner. Loved driving into town for ice cream and running around the quiet roads of the neighborhood.

We are originally from western New York, and Michigan but raised our family in Boston and love our new place in Manomet. We enjoy the serenity of this area, and quick access to the beach for quiet walks or for entertaining. We love sharing it with visitors, too.

Manomet is an historically important place with great beaches and so much to do, with easy access to the cape, Boston and all of Southern New England. We discovered it while looking for a close to Boston option-and we are still discovering all there is to do nearby!
