Cleveland’s Board Game House is conveniently located near Ohio City, Tremont, and Edgewater Beach with a wide range of attractions, shopping, grocery stores, pharmacy options, popular retail stores, restaurants, airports, hospitals, and neighboring cities with their own unique attractions.

Room 3 | Candyland Room

Unleash your inner child in the ‘Candyland Room.’ This whimsical bedroom features a queen bed and a triple bunk twin bed with a slide, making it a sweet treat for all ages. This room is connected to the ‘Risk Room.’

Please note that the Candy Land Room and Risk Room are connected. You will need to walk through the Risk Room to access the Candy Land Room. Please consider this setup when planning your sleeping arrangements for privacy and convenience.

By booking this property, you agree to the following rules and terms. Please read carefully to avoid additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.

★Guests Rules★

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
• No pets are allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; if you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged $100 per hour.
• Maximum of 9 guests. Additional, unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any safety devices. You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs.

★Appliances & Maintenance★

• Please use appliances responsibly. Misuse or damage may result in additional fees.
• Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean out the lint trap after each use.
• If something breaks or stops working, report it immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
• If we dispatch maintenance and the issue is due to user error or the item is working properly, a $75 service call fee will be charged.

★Left Behind Items★

If any personal items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping and travel costs to have them delivered or returned to you.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate eviction without refund.
If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:

1. Safety and Security: In the unlikely event of an emergency, having your identification on file ensures we can quickly assist you and any relevant authorities.
2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.

While it may not have the polished appearance of newer suburbs, it’s a safe and welcoming area with real character. Many guests appreciate its charm. Please don’t judge the neighborhood by appearances alone, if you’re looking for a luxury or upscale area, this may not be the right fit. We will not issue refunds based on neighborhood appearance or setting.
