Had a pleasant stay, we did have a problem with no hot water in our shower and only one TV with Netflix and other movie Chanel's in a two bedroom apartment

One of the toilets broke. Owner was quick to respond, but did nothing. Luckily my brother fixed it enough to use it. 3 pages of donts posted. Perfect location but not the best hostd

The host was very kind and responsive. We loved the view and easy access to the beach and pool. The only complaint is the kitchen has minimal cooking utensils.

We loved the location. The unit was clean and nice only issues was the shower in the bedroom bathroom never got warm and the toilet was loose and in the hall bathroom while taking a shower the drain was extremely slow had to let the tub drain so you could wash legs and feet . These was our only issue.

I needed a place near the beach/ocean to decompress for personal reasons. This place was perfect. Laying across the bed reading, I could just look up and there was the beach and ocean. Sunrises were spectacular from this location. Communication could easily be more streamlined so a guest isn't getting text messages, emails, and notes on the app that all say the same thing, or in my case, contradicted the other messages. Property was mostly clean. I tried to leave it cleaner than I found it by wiping down some places on the cabinets that needed it. Minor repairs here and there would make it more appealing but nothing that was horrible. Overall, I was definitely pleased with my stay and would easily book this property again! Oh and it was located near everything I needed, so that was a perk!

Everything was clean and location was great. Communication was great throughout the process. Great view of the ocean. It’s just an older unit and master bathroom was pretty tiny. But overall it’s great for the price.

Gorgeous beach & ocean view from balcony! Awesome location! Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of quality bed & bath linens. (Would’ve liked beach linens/ chairs to be available though.) Very responsive, helpful communication with our host, Julie. We had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

They had to cancel our reservation and property immediately refunded our money as did VRBO due to unforeseen event! Company did not however book into a like property because none available. So we had to scramble to find suitable accommodations ourselves!

Our stay at Ocean Pier was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it had every amenity to make our trip convenient. The full kitchen was great, laundry in the condo made a huge difference. The absolute best location. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful ocean views from TWO balconies. Julie made check-in a breeze and was always just an email away. We will definitely be back.

Close to the beach!

This was a very nice property. The floors and appliances were all very nice. The master shower is very small but there is a second bathroom should it be a problem. It is beach front but you really have a view of the pool and some ocean. The dunes block your beach view a good bit. We loved the location to the beach and of the other restaurants around the Windy Hill area.

The condo is beautifully decorated and kitchen well equipped; however the ice machine didn’t work.This is an old condo.Undoubtedly the paneling was dark and it was painted over with a nice green; however, many pieces of the paneling are coming off the walls.The hall bath was roomy and updated; however, the master bath is very small and the shower extremely tiny.There is no central HVAC system. Each room has their own unit. The ones in the bedrooms aren’t as updated as the living area unit and comes on and off in a very loud manner. This unit sits over the pool area and you can barely see the ocean.Since we were there is December, these items weren’t an issue but would have been if I was there in the summer.Thank you.
