SPACE!!! 2600sqft classic house with a modern touch! (6 guest max!)Big kitchen were everyone can gather for conversation and participate in cooking a full meal! Not one but two living rooms, (liv. Rm.One ) activity/lounging/sleeping area. ( Liv. Rm two) engage in adult conversation/lounging/dedicated office space/sleeping area. Two sided stairs leads you to the second floor, where you will encounter a spacious (huge) master bedroom with walk in closet 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, (Each guest will have plenty of space and privacy!) lower level (basement) is where the half bath and laundry room is located. Out side spacious backyard is where you will enjoy lounging on a deck or a lower level patio with fire pit. Endless parking!( Private) Perfect for kids/young adults (activities) if the weather causes plans to change!!! All of this with in 10mn of all city attractions! Listing doesn’t have first floor bath , half bath located in the basement! ( not elderly friendly or guests seeking suburban feel! ), city way of living only! Do not provide fire wood ,propane or charcoal for grills!

Cleveland Trip 2025

The house was large, for our group of 5 we all had plenty of room. We were located near most of the things that we planned on seeing which was convenient. The front of the home, where the outside dining was shown was not usable, which was disappointing, as we had planned to utilize that, but it was all torn up & the front gate pieces down. The host let us know when we were able to arrive at the residence which was great because we arrived earlier than we originally planned.

Wedding Weekend Accommodations

My husband & I, along with our younger daughter & her boyfriend, stayed here for the weekend of our older daughter's wedding. The location was convenient, as it wasn't far from the highway & offered plenty of space for all of us. It could easily accommodate a larger group. (Originally we had 5th guest who was supposed to stay with us as well.) A couple of drawbacks were the shower downstairs, as the showerhead was extremely low - we couldn't use it & the dryer took a long time to dry (it was older). The master bedroom, in particular, was wonderful - very spacious, with a fabulous closet! Having the foosball & basketball games downstairs was a fun bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy!

Clean house, but rough neighborhood

The inside of the house was recently redone and is fairly nice. The kids liked the basketball and foosball. One bedroom was very hot because there was no AC and no window, just a fan. The other bedrooms had window AC, which was good enough once set low. My only real complaint was the neighborhood is very rough. The pictures of the house omit that some windows have bars on them. I wouldn't mind it for a guys weekend, but I was worried about staying there with my kids. Especially since the AC in the master bedroom was so loud that I wouldn't have been able to hear if someone broke into the house. There was no alarm system.

We liked this house a lot. Clean and lots of beds. Easy to get to downtown—20 minutes.

Nice place

This place fit our needs. We particularly enjoyed hanging out at the front yard picnic table. Plenty of room for 4 adults but we were mostly there for sleep. The fooseball and basketball games in the house were fun.

Cleveland Gem

The house was clean, comfortable, updated, and close to our concert venue. The house was very spacious. The master bedroom was absolutely beautiful. The host communicated with us promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a stay for a concert or ball game

Place is great, large, comfortable, secure, easy to get to. It really is only a 1 bathroom as the bathroom in the basement is inconvenient and a little odd. The bath upstairs is great however. Full amenities. Getting more direct communication from the owner about the check in and check out process would be helpful, but it was not a big deal as the owner was responsive through the app. 10 minute car ride to Rocket Mortgage and Guardians games. Recommended.

Great family getaway

We traveled to Cleveland for some holiday fun with our family including young adults/teens. What a great stay! The house was perfect for all of us and we never once felt crowded or like we didn't have room to relax and unwind. They had a small Christmas tree & stockings on the mantle which were a nice touch considering we arrived in Christmas Day!This is a great home for a larger group. There are two different living rooms, a roomy kitchen and sleeping accommodations for everyone. We all slept great! The master bedroom is especially nice :)There is only one "main" bathroom (there's a toilet and small shower in the basement, but we all managed just fine primarily using the upstairs facilities). There was plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the day without relying on the bathroom. The neighborhood isn't eye catching, but we felt totally safe and comfortable in the home. We liked having a gate to close behind us after parking in the driveway. We were within a short driving distance to everything we wanted to see and there were lots of places nearby to eat including pizza, donuts, ice cream, bars & restaurants. The home was very welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen to eat & play games. The coffee bar was great for the mornings. The listing doesn't do this home justice - in the warmer months the patios would be great places to hang! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We made lots of great memories!.

Great to stay at this VRBO!

My husband and two coworkers were looking for a place to stay while working in the area and we located this property. This VRBO was everything in the description and more. The host was great to work with; it was very clean and great place to stay for the .

Overall good place to stay. Fees were a bit high but i am sure owner doesnt have a choice. Beds were comfortable and bathroom immaculate. Great communication with host
