As time went on, we realized that treehouse had become something more than just a family project — it was a sanctuary. A place where we all slowed down, disconnected from distractions, and reconnected with what truly matters.

That small family treehouse became the inspiration for something much bigger: Sanctuary Treehouse Resort — the world’s first and largest interactive treehouse resort, designed to help guests rediscover that same sense of wonder. What began as one backyard idea has grown into a 40-acre Smoky Mountain destination, welcoming visitors from around the world.

Set on 40 private acres overlooking two 18-hole championship golf courses and breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains, the property felt peaceful, powerful, and full of potential — the perfect canvas for something extraordinary.
