Cancellation Policy

We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows:
Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: Required

For the safety and security of all guests and the property, a mandatory guest verification process is required via the Pre-arrival form..

Verification Process: Guests must submit a photograph of their driver’s license along with a current selfie.

Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $50 per-stay damage waiver is required. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental property damage, ensuring a worry-free stay for all occupants.

We are a dog-friendly property.
Eligible Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please pick up after your pet and dispose properly in trash cans. Please note that additional fees may apply for multiple dogs.

Our home is located in a lively, well-maintained residential neighborhood that is safe, welcoming, and conveniently located just minutes from I-675. Guest Verification & Fees
The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver is applied per stay.

Pet Policy
One dog is permitted per stay for an additional fee. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.

Last-Minute Bookings
Same-day reservations are welcome between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute travel needs.

Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.

Getawat @ the Greene - Great Stay!

I enjoyed 10 days at this truly lovely apartment! From my first step in, the place is decorated beautifully and smelled super clean, which it was! I enjoyed the really comfortable bed and appreciated the block-out curtains in the bedroom. The location is great, the covered parking was much appreciated since we had a night of freezing rain & snow. The kitchen had everything I needed. I also enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood. All my communication with the owner was very prompt and very accommodating! Should I need lodging again in the area, I would not hesitate renting the Getaway @ the Greene again!

Beware

Property was older and the pictures made it appear much better than it was. Location was not @ The Greene but probably a 10-15 walk. It wasn’t filthy but not particularly clean. The main issue with the cleanliness was an odor that seemed to be a mix between cigarettes and smell of the coin laundry that was located just outside the entrance to the unit. The smell permeated the whole place. It was also very damp as a result of the inadequate portable A/C units. Actually one of them in bedroom had a drain into a bucket to capture the condensate and required us to empty. Using the hair dryer tripped the breaker and after contacting the manager I was informed the breaker box was in a closet in the hall and to not run the A/C while operating hair dryer. We also were allocated JUST2 towels, 1 hand cloth, 1 wash cloth and a make up towel for our 5 DAY STAY. Contacting the manager for additional towels was fruitless. All I received was an argument and an attitude. It seemed as if I wasn’t the paying customer.
