Welcome to Phoenix V 1116, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offering a Gulf-front pool, pirate-themed splash pad, indoor pool and hot tub, direct beach access, tennis courts, and more. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, this charming retreat is perfect for family vacations and coastal getaways.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with cozy bedding, HDTV, and private access to the balcony with Gulf views.
Guest Bedroom: Two Full-size beds, perfect for family or friends, with HDTV and convenient access to the guest bathroom.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa for extra guests and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to a private balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
Dining Area: Table seating for four, plus breakfast bar seating for two.

âą RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
âą NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
âą AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
âą CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
âą CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
âą MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
