Ce chalet de 1300 pieds carrés est situé au centre de la belle ville de Kanab, Utah. Nous sommes fiers d'offrir notre maison unique pour examen lors de votre séjour. rock main posée, un tableau de géodes, roche polie, bois pétrifié, de grès et fossiles font The Rock Cottage un one-of-a-kind maison.

Le Rock Cottage peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes confortablement.

Le salon contient un canapé futon queen-size, et notre poêle cheminée à gaz vous gardera au chaud sur une froide soirée d'hiver. Pine-log meubles et planchers de bois franc caryer tout au long ajouter à l'atmosphère chaleureuse et confortable. Le gîte est complet avec TV / DVD et la télévision par satellite.

Notre cuisine accueillante vous fait sentir à la maison, étant entièrement équipée avec toutes les assiettes, tasses, ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour.

Le Rock Cottage est votre maison loin de la maison à Kanab, Utah est stratégiquement le point le plus central à partir duquel à la base, que vous explorez le paysage de classe mondiale trouvés dans le sud de l'Utah et le nord de l'Arizona. Lors de votre séjour à Kanab vous êtes dans le centre géographique du parc national de Zion, Bryce Canyon National Park, Lake Powell (Glen Canyon), et le Grand Canyon North Rim. Il est tout simplement pas un meilleur endroit pour séjourner! Beaucoup de gens viennent dans cette région et de rester pour une ou plusieurs semaines, juste pour voir et l'expérience de cette région. Un hôtel est tout simplement pas suffisant quand vous pouvez avoir le confort de notre belle Rock Cottage.

Kanab, Utah est bien connu comme un centre pour la plupart des films occidentaux créés depuis les années 1940. En fait plus de 100 westerns ont été faites dans la région Kanab. Non seulement vous profiter de voir le parc national de Zion, Bryce Canyon National Park, Lake Powell (Glen Canyon), et le Grand Canyon North Rim, mais vous aussi profiter des autres attractions suivantes:

Very unique house.

The house was very unique with rocks all over the exterior of the home and the backyard patio. If you are into rock collecting this is the place for you. The interior is well maintained and very clean. The hosts were great. I would highly recommend this home.

Charming and unique house. The was very charming and cozy.

The home was very charming and cozy. We loved the log cabin decore; and the rock work on the house, fireplace, and interior was beautiful. The house was located in town, which we did not expect, but it was very quiet and still felt private.Overall, a five star experience. unique and beautiful.

Wonderful house

Wonderful place. Unique stone structure with various stone inside and out. House was very comfortable and well stocked. King size bed in Main bedroom was great. Location is perfect for exploring SW Utah. Owner was very accessible. As a bonus, there was a hummingbird nesting in backyard.

A very interesting home with all the wonderful rocks on the outside and inside around the fireplace and wall. We loved the home very clean and comfortable.Very comfortable beds We would stay there again if we ever made it back to Utah

Nice home with modern interior and rustic stone exterior. Nice patio out back with shade structure and furniture. New TV. Large kitchen. Quiet safe neighborhood. We will be back!

Excellent choice for my granddaughter and me

The Rock Cottage was an excellent choice for a trip to Kanab for my granddaughter and myself - we could each have our own room, but shared a two-sink bathroom (shower could be separated). The kitchen was fully equipped and even had condiments and spices - ideal when you're only staying a few days but still want to cook. Be aware that the TV is old tube-style and we never could get it to work. I'm sure techie guys could have, though. Please also be aware that if you're in Kanab to volunteer at Best Friends, you'll want to find another, pet-friendly place to stay so that you'll be able to do a dog or cat 'sleepover'. We had a great meal at the Rocking V Cafe in town, and very decent Mexican food at Escobar.

Couldn't have been happier.

Great house great location for seeing many sites. House is spotlessly clean. Great decor. Has all the amenities we could have wanted. Great price. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic, comfortable, great location

My husband and I stayed in the Rock Cottage with my sister in law and her husband. We traveled to Zion, Escalante, Bryce Canyon, Page and St. George. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Everyone slept great! The single bathroom was divided and worked great for 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with more amenities than we have ever had at a vrbo, which was great because we cooked all our meals. We also made use of the washer and dryer. The view is amazing of the cliffs. There is a variety of gas stations and grocery stores that are reasonably priced within 5 minutes. Being in town, the area is surprisingly dark and quiet. We were also able to park in the garage which was nice. I called Joann the first day about some minor issues and they were handled that day! We really enjoyed the variety of rocks everywhere and the blossoming trees. Overall an incredible stay. It felt like home for sure.

The Rock Cottage was simply perfect

We just returned home from our stay at the Rock Cottage. We couldn't be more pleased. The place was spotless. The kitchen and bath facilities were were first rate and so well equipped. We immediately felt at home. We even had a garage for our rental car. Staying there was a great part of our Kanab vacation.

Perfect spot to rest amid your hiking adventures

We stayed for four nights and the Rock Cottage was our perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed for the utmost in comfort and every age group in our family was happy. Joanne even came out immediately to help us figure out the lock. We will certainly stay here again for our next trip to Kanab!

Home away from Home

We stayed for 3 nights at the Rock Cottage and as soon as we stepped in the door we felt at home. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is probably one of the nicest vacation home rentals we have stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, the log cabin style furniture is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has tons of room for preparing meals and the bathroom is very spacious and well laid out (the soaker tub is great!). JoAnn obviously took great care in planning what people would need for a memorable stay in this area. The house has many added touches that you would not see in vacation rentals. We felt like we were staying with family... without the family there!! The house is close to the attractions that we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Rock Cottage to anyone.

Simply Beautiful!!!

My friends and I were looking for a place to stay in Kanab and long story short we were connected with JoAnn, the property owner and what a blessing that was. JoAnn was very kind and helpful and so accommodating to us we will forever be grateful to her and her husband. The house was PERFECT. All amenities you need, the decor is spectacular and very well put together. The house has a cozy feeling to it with a beautiful view right outside...we wish we had more time in Kanab. The location is close to everything you need, good food, lots of site-seeing locations...can't say enough. We loved it and we'll be back without a doubt. Thanks.

Great 50th Birthday Week Away!!!

My brother, sister-in-law, wife and I rented the Rock Cottage for a week in Sept 2008 to celebrate my 50th birthday and had a fabulous time here! The cottage is amazing with a perfect location for wandering into town for morning coffee or eating at the Rockin' V (at least twice). We had a few great backyard cookouts also during our week long stay. Our favorite part of the day was early evening having pre-dinner drinks out in the yard watching the sunset and blazing colors coming off the cliffs north of town. The street is very quiet with close proximity to Squaw Trail for a nice in-town hike up to a great overlook. Everything was very clean and comfortable in the Rock Cottage. Also, JoAnn was great to work with and flexible when we had to switch our week a month before arrival. Beside being an obvious great location for visiting National Parks don't forget about the Grand Staircase Monument area just east of Kanab. There is unbelievable hiking in the vast area in the Monument in the Paria River/Hackberry Canyon area and of course the "Wave" near Coyote Buttes (we lucked out and won the a hiking permit lottery to get to see this). I've been coming up to Southern Utah every 2-3 years for 25 years now and this is my favorite area in all the Southwest US.

Wow!

This was such a unique place! So many homes that you see on VRBO are just a place to stay and in most cases are nice places to stay but this place had such a unique feel. The house is covered in rock from all over the united states and the interior is unlike anything I have ever seen, beautiful and almost magical. Very comfortable pillow top beds, the coolest log pine furniture I've ever seen. The location was awsome, the views were great, it was hard to get my husband to leave the property to go site seeing. JoAnn, the owner, was so nice and great to work with, I realy don't have any complaints, we will be back! Thank you JoAnn!

We've lived in Kanab for about 16 years, my husband was born and raised here. We have 7 kids and we love Kanab, and the surrounding area. We also love to share it with others, so we started renting The Rock Cottage in 2003. We have also have a TownHome available for vacation rental.

Kanab is beautiful, and is surrounded by beautiful National Parks, and National Monuments. There is so much to see and do. We love the area and we love to share our corner of the world with others!
