This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is meticulously designed to offer a homey atmosphere, making it the ideal getaway for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to experience the magic of the mountains.

As you step through the front door, the inviting living room greets you, adorned with a plush couch, perfect for sinking into as you catch up on your favorite shows on the large TV, reminiscing on the day's adventures. Large windows frame the room, offering a glimpse of the beauty outside.

Next, the space flows effortlessly into the dining area, featuring a cozy table with seating for four. Whether it's a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a dinner gathering, this spot promises memorable meals and conversations. Adjacent, the spacious kitchen awaits your culinary prowess, equipped with all the essentials to whip up everything from quick snacks to gourmet dishes.

The master bedroom promises restful nights with its luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom, boasting queen-sized bunk beds, adds a playful touch and is perfect for both kids and adults alike.

For our animal-loving guests, the Ski Run Retreat warmly welcomes one furry friend to join in the adventure, ensuring nobody in the family is left behind. Parking is hassle-free with a dedicated space for your vehicle. And being a first-floor unit, access is easy and convenient.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the condo, please make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
Located just off of Walton Creek Road, the building is located where the condos meet homes, yet simple access to skiing and all Steamboat activities.

Getting Around:
Free bus stop located within 10 minute walking.

Other Things to Note:
The owner has installed an A/C unit in the primary bedroom to assist in cooling off the space throughout the warmer months.

Distance to the Ski Resort: 3 minute drive, .9 miles

Distance to the free bus stop: 9 minute walk, .3 miles

Distance to Downtown: 8 minutes, 3.3 miles

Distance to Hot Springs: 25 minute, 10.6 miles


While this space is pet friendly, please note that only 1 dog is allowed and the dog MUST remain on leash while outside the unit and the owner MUST clean up after it to avoid a financial penalty.

A $500 fine will be added to your reservation per occurrence of the dog being off leash outside the unit.

A $100 fine will be added to your reservation per occurrence of not cleaning up after the dog.

A $500 fee will be added to your reservation per day for any unauthorized animals in the space.

You agree to follow the pet rules by booking the space; you agree to paying the fines for breaking the rules by booking this space. If you do not intend to follow the pet rules, DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE as we strictly enforce the fines and the neighbors and HOA are monitoring very closely.

There is a Ring Doorbell installed on the exterior of the building, at the entrance of the unit.

The fireplace is not for use, it has been disabled for guests.

Interaction with Guests:
Full use of condo, door code provided upon booking confirmation. Parking is free and available on side and back of building.
