The Space:
The home has undergone recent renovations, ensuring a modern and updated ambiance throughout. We've made every effort to anticipate your needs and create a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Unwind in the living room in front of the Smart TV, ready for your favorite streaming services. Pick up right where you left off before your travels and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Gather comfortably around the dining table, where great food and conversation come together seamlessly. The beautiful layout on the main floor exudes comfort and a touch of luxury.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, from pots and pans to bakeware, mixing bowls, dinnerware, and even a wine bottle opener. We've also considered families with kids by providing special dinnerware. Our goal is to make cooking a full meal for your loved ones a seamless and enjoyable experience within the comforts of home.

Stay healthy during your getaway! Our garage has exercise gear so you can keep up with your workouts. You'll find a bench, a squat rack, a pull-up combo that's also great for shoulder presses, and a good treadmill. Don't skip your exercise routine – it's all right here for you!

KIDS
We understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we provide a pack 'n play and high chair in the rental, allowing you to leave these items behind and focus on enjoying your trip.

BATHROOMS
We offer three fully stocked and impeccably clean bathrooms for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, plush bath towels, and a few feminine products and face wipes are provided. A hairdryer is also available for added convenience during your travels.

OUTSIDE
Experience the fresh Colorado air in our open, fully-fenced backyard area. Enjoy outdoor dining, a table with ample seating, a deck with comfortable seating, and open space for various activities. Cap off your evenings around the large fire pit, staying warm while savoring Colorado nights with some delicious s'mores.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :)

Enjoy the neighborhood with serene surroundings. Located minutes away here in Colorado Springs, enjoy hiking, and the tranquil atmosphere of our favorite city. It's a perfect spot for those seeking a peaceful retreat with access to both outdoor adventures and educational experiences.

Discover grocery stores, shopping options, a variety of restaurants, and vibrant bars all conveniently located within a 10 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
