Energy Living is a landmark in Medellin. It features an incredible location, exquisite interior and tons of amenities.
Our unit is located on the 14th floor with expansive views of the city. This is one of very FEW units with a large private balcony, hot tub and ac in the bedroom.
The living space is spacious and offers a comfortable couch, smart tv, great views and access to the large balcony.
The private balcony is higher than any other - offering amazing city and Mountain Views. We also have a large lounger, an extended pergola cover, seating space and best of all a private jacuzzi - ideal to use at night after a busy day out in the city – BEST PERK OF THE CONDO!
Primary bedroom features a king size bed, smart tv, an AC unit and an en suite bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom also as access to the balcony.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 2 guests.
The Energy buildings features a rooftop pool with incredible city views, restaurant and bar at the lobby, gym and a large courtyard area.
Building amenities: Restaurant with bar, rooftop pool & Jacuzzi, rooftop gym, rooftop terrace with incredible views.

El balcón privado es el mas alto en el edificio y tiene una vista impresionante a la ciudad y las montañas. También tenemos sillas, una pergola que se extiende y una recostadora, lo mejor de todo, un jacuzzi privado, ideal para usar por la noche después de un día en la ciudad, ¡LA MEJOR VENTAJA DE EL APARTAMENTO!
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, televisor inteligente, unidad de aire acondicionado y baño en suite con una amplia ducha. El dormitorio principal también tiene acceso al balcón.
