During the ski season, strap on your skis on the lower deck and ski 10 yards to the slopes. At the end of the day, ski right up to your house. Enjoy the hot tub while you watch the skiers and snowboarders cruise down the slopes. This truly is a ski in/ski out location!

Inside, settle down in front of the wood burning fireplace and tune into your favorite movie on Firestick TV, or connect your device to the surround sound system to listen to your favorite playlist. When hunger arises, utilize the kitchen's ample meal prep space and a full suite of appliances to whip up something truly delicious. An additional perk in this area is the separate coffee bar.
As the sun begins to set over the sweeping landscape beyond, fire up the gas grill to host a delicious cookout before throwing your adventure garb in the private washer/dryer. Following the sunset, cuddle up next to the outdoor fire pit and relax as the sky fills with endless stars. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Quiet Time begins at 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Absolutely Perfect!
The townhouse was even better than pictured. Everything was updated, sparkling clean and just perfect for us. The location right off of chair 5 was awesome for easy access and the hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Overall fantastic stay and we’d definitely book again without hesitation.

The Perfect Deep Creek Lake Getaway
Excellent property location and beautiful home. Very well maintained. Most everything looks new. Perfect for our family.
Amazing private lakefront park. We took our lawn chairs and sat lakefront for cocktails. The kids (and dogs) enjoyed jumping off the swim platform on the dock!

Everything you need for a ski weekend
This was a lovely rental. Hot tub was perfect after a day's skiing. Clean carpet, comfy beds, updated bathrooms and kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. It is an easy walk 2 minute walk out the back door to Down Under which is an intermediate slope. Lots of parking. Was really nice.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK! MOLD+DIRT
Arrived and sent pictures of condition within 20 mins. Tried to avoid bad review, gave host and VAca-scam 3 chances over a 3 night trip to clean and repair, no action taken. Clearly smell MOLD from leak, no cold water at faucet, trash can covered in fesees, stairs and carpet covered in grime. For the same price or less we could have stayed at Omni, but I thought this house was nice based on the reviews and location. Who would use a hot tub at a property that is not maintained? If they are ok with this condition on the inside, the hot tub is a petrie dish of ski gyuk. Will do my best to keep anyone else from booking. I own property and when something goes wrong, it's better to spend a little bit now to make it right vs scam people with misleading pictures and an app that says "the local staff will contact you" and nothing happens. That's all Vacasa is, an app connected to chatgpt and the same basic response from random names and phone numbers that are not connected. whatever

Charming townhouse in highly populated neighborhood
The townhouse itself is charming, impeccably maintained, and tastefully decorated. The updated bathrooms are a nice touch. During our stay over the July 4th weekend, the weather was hot, leading us (a family of 3) to sleep in the refinished basement as the second-floor bedrooms lacked air conditioning. However, the basement, complete with its own bathroom, sofa bed, bunk beds, smart TV, and a hot tub just outside, provided a comfortable and cool sleeping space.
While there is a community dock on Marsh Hill Road, the overgrown trees obstruct any potential lake view from the property. The congested street made parking a challenge, with some residents using the street for personal gatherings as if it were their own driveway. The close proximity of the condos resulted in thin walls, allowing for noise to easily pass through. At 6:45 am, I could hear neighbors on both sides coughing, running up and down stairs, slamming doors, and dogs barking incessantly. We have more solitude at our home in a city.
The neighboring end unit, occupied by seemingly the homeowners, had three unleashed dogs roaming the street throughout our four-night stay. These dogs were noisy and intrusive, even pushing their way into our unit on two occasions. Overall, the lack of privacy and constant noise made it difficult to fully enjoy our time at the townhouse, which is why my rating is 4 out of 5.
