Units includes two double beds, small kitchen sink area with dishes and dining space for 2, microwave, mini fridge, RoKu TV, Keurig coffee maker, all linens (not beach towels) and private bathroom-Note** Not all units look the same!! Guests have access to 2 pools on the property and a lounging patio, BBQ grill and outdoor games. The beach and boardwalk are about 2 blocks away-just a short walk! Restaurants are within walking distance along with local shops and must see attractions. Pets are not allowed in these rooms.

The window AC unit was a bit loud. We would have appreciated some curtains in the main area cause it was always very bright. But other than that, it was a nice stay. Just as advertised. Loved the pools.

Great experience overall. Very clean, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Had a small problem with the entry code and had to get a new one. One of the TVs wouldn’t work with any of the remote controllers. Will probably book there again in the near future.

I gave 3 stars due to the room being decent but the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were itchy and the ac units were loud even on low. For the price, the room was underwhelming. The host and communication was AWESOME and the bathroom was very nice. If you're looking for basics accommodations for a single night it works.Top floor room will save you from dealing with guests that constantly floor stomp.

We stayed at your property July 24-27. First off, your photos are VERY misleading. The rooms were nothing like what the photos. It showed renovated, but instead, it was musty, dirty, rundown, cords hanging from the wall, water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. The beds were so small, it was hard to fit two adults on one bed. Overall, not what we were expecting and disappointed. We ended up checking out a day early and getting a hotel just so we could have more room. We loved the area and will be back... but not to your property. Do better.

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was nice, also loved the game area under the car port. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was walking distance from beach and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The pools were very nice! Walking to the beach was fast and easy! The only problem was the bathroom was disgusting, mold all around the water handles and shower head also on the ceiling.

Amazing place with everything within walking distance

My stay was amazingly amazing property management is 100 out of 10 helpful responsive and all in all amazing services room was amazing regardless of the renovation next door you don’t hear a single thing from the rooms state park a road behind was amazing for my 2 year old Kate’s pancake house was an amazing bang on the budget definitely will make this place one I’ll look forward to booking thank for making my 32nd birthday a breeze
