The Space:
This 1,200 sq ft of space is on the second floor of a three-story building in the ever-so-charming LE PLATEAU neighborhood. Itâs a very comfortable stay for friends & groups or remote workers, and youâll be within walking distance of almost anything youâd need.
The main spaces of the apartment:
- OPEN LIVING SPACE with chic furnishings, hardwood floors, plenty of sofa seating, and a flatscreen HDTV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- A DINING table to seat 6 for meals at home. The table also makes a good laptop workspace if needed.
- An equipped kitchen with quality appliances and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker and a toaster.
- 2 BEDROOMS with comfortable beds and quality bed linens and 1 FULL BATHROOM (towels provided) to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed (window AC)
BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds that can be pushed together to a king bed if desired (window AC)
COMMON AREA: 1 Twin/Single floor mattress (upon request)
**Please let us know if you need the floor mattress, so we can provide extra bed sheets.**
- RELIABLE WI-FI for the remote worker(s) in the group.
